Ashnoor Kaur to don the role of Dushala in Star Plus’ Mahabharat
Ashnoor Kaur who has played quite many character driven roles at the tender age that she is in, is now all set for an important cameo in Swastik Productions’ magnum opus mythological show for Star Plus, Mahabharat.
The girl who came into the limelight with Zee TV’s Jhansi Ki Rani went on to play the young Shobha in the same channel’s Shobha Somnath Ki. As the little Nanhi of Colors’ Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 1, she won many a hearts and followed it up with the role of Ashok Sundari in Life OK’s Devon Ke Dev.. Mahadev and as the young Durga in Colors’ Jai Jag Janani Maa Durga.
Ashnoor will now play the role of Dushala, the sister of Duryodhan in Star Plus’ Mahabharat. Hers will be a cameo for nearly three-four episodes.
When contacted, Ashnoor’s mother told us, “Yes, Ashnoor will be seen in a cameo in Mahabharat. Though I don’t want to talk of the role, I will say that she plays the sister of both Kauravas and Pandavas. We were very keen to work with the production house, so accepted this role even though it is not a full-fledged character.”
Ashnoor will begin her shoot for Mahabharat very soon.
