Arun Singh Rana and Shafaq Nazz play husband and wife in Mahabharata

The dramatic mythology gets two more names with Shafaq Naaz and Arun Singh Rana,

Mahabharata on Star Plus is all set to go on air from July end.The huge star cast and larger than life set up is already generating eyeballs for the viewers.

However, there is news that two more people who will be joining the star cast in the show.

Our source informs us that, “Shafaq Naaz who was last seen in Shubh Vivah on Sony TV will be essaying the role of Mata Kunti and her son Arjun will be played by Shaheer Sheikh of Navya fame. Kunti’s other children will played by new comers.

“Kunti’s husband will be played by veteran actor Arun Singh Rana who is a well known name in theater and has also done several roles in movies.”

When contacted Shafaq Naaz she said, “Yes I am excited to play the role of Mata Kunti. She is a dutiful mother with morals and values, and there is lots to learn from this character. I am enjoying this role very much.”
