Detailed Update (I hope it’s not too confusing. It was a great epi though!)
The episode begins with a bunch of people bringing two men to the outskirts of some place, and threatening him to tell them something. And before we know it, one of them is killed and the other is hit on the head.
The scene shifts to Shardha Mental Asylum, where we see a man laughing maniacally until he’s given his medicine. THen he randomly he starts speaking, asking what his name is, where he is, and that he needs to talk to someone. One of the doctors then explains to someone else how this is the man that hasn’t spoken for 15 years and has only laughed all this time. The patient, who’s been named Anam something, is brought in, and all he says is that “woh mujhe maar dalega. Mujhe Nirmala lodge jaana hain”
The patient is cleaned up, his hair is cut, and he’s fixed again, and we find out he has retrograde amnesia. Later that night, we see two men entering his room with masks on their faces, and lifting him out of bed. Right then, another male nurse comes and asks them who they are. When he goes to try and get security, the two men run away.

The next morning, the ETF team is with the patient, who keeps repeating the same things as he said yesterday, how someone is going to kill him. When the ETF team questions him about what happened the night before and his past memories, the man explains that he doesn’t know anything, he doesn’t remember anything, and that the Hanuman Mandir he doesn’t want to die in front of is in some jungle. Arjun asks the man to sign his name, and he actually manages to write S, and Arjun explains that no matter what they forget, people don’t forget their own signature.
Shree and Chottu are walking through the halls of the mental hospital, and see all the patients playing in the hallways and screaming etc. Chottu seems really nervous, and Shree actually goes and behaves kindly to them and they actually respond to him happily, and explains to Chottu how those who we don’t understand, we’re afraid of them, and they don’t understand us, so they’re afraid of us. It’s all about looking at life from a new point of view
Arjun talks to the doctors about the management of the patient, and they explain that the person who funds his stay in the hospital, they only have his email address, no phone number or anything.
Later on, at ETF headquarters, Arjun gives Shree the email address and tells him to find out as much information as he can about the person, and also to find out information about Nirmala Lodge. And they find out that 12 years ago, there was only 1 Nirmala Lodge. Arjun and Chotu head over to the lodge, where the man at the receptionist desk doesn’t give them any answers, and instead calls out some goons when Arjun threatens him. Arjun and Chottu beat up the goons in anger, and right then, the boss of the place comes there and tells Arjun to ask him all of his questions.Arjun asks him if he has the records from 12 years ago, and the man says no, that there were criminals that came there, wouldn’t give any information, but would pay them money, and in the same way, the lodge people would pay the police money to keep their mouths shut. The man offers to give money to Chottu and Arjun, who threaten him and walk away. An older man is watching everything that’s happening from inside the lodge.
Meanwhile, the ETF team is taking the patient through the jungle and he directs them to the Hanuman Mandir before asking them to stop at one place. They all get down and walk through the forest as the man leads them to a particular spot, and recollects that that is the place (This was the man from the beginning of the episode).
At the lodge, the old man stops Arjun and Chottu from walking away, and when he sees the picture of the man, he says that he remembers this man, and there was another man with him. He remembers them because there was a third man, who used to spend time with the other two men, and strangely, the two men disappeared. The manager of the lodge at that time was in financial debt so the third man came and helped pay off the bills before paying an obscene amount of money to get into the room the first two men had been staying in, and when he walked away, he only took 1 key with him. Arjun thanks him for the information.
Shree and Rathore watch as a few men dig up the place the Anam man had pointed them to, and they find a skeleton there.
Back at ETF Headquarters, the four members are talking about all the information they know. They pull up cases from 12 years ago, and Shree explains that there was a diamond robbery a week before the man was admitted into the mental hospital. Shree also tells them that he has the name of the man who was paying the bills of AnamaDe, and his name is John Doe – and John Doe is a name used to remain anonymous, and it’s difficult to find out any information. Arjun tells him to go after back accounts, the money trail.
The patient is in his room, and he hears some music, and writes something down.
Next morning, Arjun speaks with Hiten Modi, about the diamond robbery case. And the man explains that they never got the diamonds back, today, those diamonds would be worth about 10 crores.
Shree calls Arjun and says that there was a pacemaker, so it’s easy to trace who the person was, and the pacemaker belongs to someone named Jignesh Ajmera. Rathore says that he knows this man, he was a really good racer. Chottu gets a phone call then, and they find out that an old woman has recognized the patient. They all head over to the mental hospital, where the old woman enters the room, and the ETF team steps out. The woman is really spiteful to Anam something, asking him how he ruined their life, but doesn’t remember anything, and poor man pleads with her to understand what he’s saying, and they have a scuffle over the gun before he seems to have accidentally shot her and killed her. The ETF team hurries inside, and the man is crying asking why could he have wanted to kill her? Why does everyone want to kill him? And then when the ETF team asks him if he remembers anything else, he merely hums the tune that has been running through his mind.
Arjun is going through a house, the house of the woman that was killed. Another woman comes there and explains that she is a neighbor, and tells arjun how the woman, Mataji was very quiet, and her husband had a private agency which dealt with diamonds of some sort,a and their daughter was an engineer at a recording studio who was committed suicide when the man who got her pregnant abandoned her, and even her husband is dead.
Rathore goes to meet someone, at some autoshop, and the man tells Rathore how he shouldn’t have left racing, that he would have become the best racer in India, and Rathore explains that his duty came first. The man then tells Rathore that he never taught Jignesh about racing, but that he saw him on the racetrack, and he heard that he worked for some Dikshit gang.
Back at the ETF headquarters, they discuss the Dikshit gang, and that mysterious key that was taken from the hotel room. Shree jumps in then, saying that Jignesh had a criminal record and he was a good racecar driver but not the best, the best was someone else. And he pulls up a picture of Rathore the racecar driver! Shree says that we get so lost in finding out the backgrounds of our cases that we forget about the backgrounds of our own team members. Shree and Rathore share a sweet moment, before Arjun directs them back on task.
Arjun gets to Om Recording Studio, and he shows the picture of teh daughter, Meera, and
a colleague says that Meera fell in love with some guy that worked in her dad’s security company, but he wasn’t a good man. And that the man got her pregnant and left her, and Arjun shows them the picture of the patient from the mental asylum, and the woman identifies it as him! Arjun pulls up the tune, and the woman explains this song was something that Meera had come up with and was playing when the Anam guy came into the studio for the last time
Arjun gets a call from Shree as he leaves the recording studio, who tells him more details about the bank accounts and Jignesh. Arjun and Shree get to the mental asylum where they show the man a picture of Meera, and her parents, but he says he doesn’t recollect anything once again. Shree talking to the hospital administrators about the bank account details of the John Doe individual, while Arjun returns to the hospital room of the patient, only to find him missing from there. He tells Shree that there are two people who tried to kidnap AnamaDe in the guise of patients, and they try to catch him, but they manage to escape in a white car. Arjun calls the police to track down this car, and him and Shree return to the patient’s room where they find something scrawled on the notebook, a combination of letters and numbers. MIB521.Shree suggests that it might be the registration number of a car, and goes to check it out.
Meanwhile, goons are bashing u the patient telling him to tell them something, but he now says he doesn’t remember anything. And that’s when someone holds out a piece of paper in front of him, MIB521.
Shree says that it’s not a car registration number, but that the bank account from which the bills were being paid was Jignesh’s account, and it was being operated by some John Doe. And it was all being done right here in the city, and Shree finds out where the office is by tracking the computer. He’s humming the song as he does this, and Arjun makes the connection randomly then that MIB stands for the name of a bank while 521 is a locker number.
They all rush over there immediately, and wait outside when a bunch of people come and then there’s a lot of dishum dishum between the ETF team and the random goons. A white car enters the scene the, and Arjun shoots its tires. They all surround the cara and Arjun opens the trunk to find a dead body in there, one of Hitesh modi.
They rush inside, where they see that the mental patient is opening the locker, and he’s Sachin Dixit. The man who had tried to kill him was Hitesh Modi, and he was the one that paid Sachin’s bills all these years because the only person who knew the whereabouts of the diamonds was Sachin Dixit. And that’s when Sachin confesses that it was him and Jignesh that hid the diamonds and Hitesh tried to get them to tell them where so he could get the insurance money from the stole diamonds and the actual diamonds themselves, but Sachin didn’t want to. Hitesh ended up killing Jignesh in the jungle, while Sachin was hit in the head but lost his memory. And he recollected his memory in the hospital, the day he wrote MIB521, and as he tried to escape the hospital, Modi’s men were waiting for him. And when Modi asked him where the diamonds were, Dixit killed him after finding out where the eky to the locker was. And that was that. Arjun pulls out the diamonds, and asks Sachin disgustedly if these were the diamonds that so many people ended up dying for, and how he still hasn’t managed to get his hands on them.
The End.
