Arjun 16th March 2013 Written Episode

Victim of Domestic Violence. Bipasha guest stars as Maya to promote her movie Aatma.

Show starts with a woman’s body on the table. A woman holding a bloody knife in her hand and a little boy crying; a man is telling the woman she is making a big mistake, she backs away from him. She cuts the man with the knife then takes the little boy in a vault and locks the door. The man begs her to open the door but she doesn’t listen.

The man calls the police, his name is Harish Oberoi and before he could talk to the police ETF arrives with gun drawn. Rathore introduces himself then they notice the body on the table, its Kavita Oberoi. Mr. Oberoi says Shakshi Gupta, the woman in the vault with the little boy, killed his wife. He takes the ETF near the vault.

Vault was made for safety reason and once someone locks it from inside it cannot be opened from outside. Shree said there has to be a way to communicate from outside. Mr. Oberoi says yes but why would she call the police, she is the killer. He then takes them to the room to show them the monitors that would allow them to see Shakshi.
Meanwhile Liza starts investigating the murder scene and the Mrs. Oberoi’s body.

Shakshi is looking around the vault; she looks scared as she looks around. Mr. Oberoi shows them the monitor where they see Shakshi pacing the vault. Mr. Oberoi says he doesn’t know much about Shakshi but her daughter and his son attends the same school
Liza informs the team her findings about the murder. She leaves to take the body to lab for rest of the investigation. Team wonders at the motive of the murder. Rathore says they need to save the little boy first and they need to do this very carefully.

Shree gives the idea to put the camera in loop so Shakshi wouldn’t be able to tell what they are doing. Rathore agrees to this. Arjun instructs Shree to be ready for loop but not to do anything until he signals Shree; he has an idea to bring the boy out without breaking down the door.

Arjun takes Harish, Ayesha and Rathore to the main bed room, they notice a AC vent on the way there, but Harish says they cannot use the vent since it is connected to electrical circuit and once someone is inside then the person in the vent would die within a minute of going in because a laser beam is activated within the minute of person entering the vent.
Shakshi watches what is going on outside, Shree and Chotu in the kitchen where Shree asks Chotu to create distraction so he could mess with the camera.
Meanwhile Rathore asks why Arjun brought them to the room; Arjun explains then tells Shree to loop the camera. Shree prepares to loop the camera while Chotu covers for him. Shree then asks that once he puts the camera on loop everyone has to look natural for 12 seconds.

Camera is set on loop and Shree informs Arjun. Shakshi is watching from the vault, the little boy complains that he is cold; she wraps him in a shawl then continues to keep an eye on the monitors.
She falls for the trap and thinks no one is near the vault door, she starts to go towards the door while Arjun and team gets ready outside. Shakshi opens the door and glances out, she steps out with the boy and starts walking, she notices Harish hiding and stops, Harish comes out, she throws the knife at him and runs back into the vault. She finally notices all the cameras in the vault and smashes all the cameras while everyone watches helplessly.

Harish is upset and asks what their next plan is while Arjun observes something in the main room. Arjun asks if they could do something with the electronic lock of the vault, Shree said we can give it a try.

Shree and Chotu in the electronic room where Shree tries to hack into the security system; Chotu asks what he is doing and Shree gives him bunch of electronic jargon and says Samjhae ya Samhaun? J
Shree gets ready to open the vault door and informs Arjun and Rathore. Just as he tries a loud alarm sounds, Shree stops the alarm but he was unable to open the vault door. Shree informs that he couldn’t hack into the system. They decide to check Shakshi’s BG.

Rathore, Ayesha and Arjun arrive at the Tamnay’s school. They talk to the principal about Shakshi and Mrs. Oberoi’s relationship. They find out that Shakshi’s daughter was killed tragically two week ago and that has sent Shakshi in depression.

Meanwhile Harish tries to contact the company who installed the security system but he is unable to talk to anyone. Shree enquires about the company and decides to go check out the company since it’s near Harish’s house while Chotu is left alone with Harish.
Principal of the school tells Rathore about Maya, Shakshi’s other friend.

Rathore, Arjun and Ayesha in the SUV; Ayesha questions Shakshi’s behavior and the change in her because of death of her child. Arjun tells her that sometimes losing a loved one can leave a big wound that can change any person completely; Rathore gives him a sharp look but continues to drive without saying anything.
Next scene at Maya’s house (Bipasha) she is standing in front of a picture then she feels a sudden breeze. ETF arrives at Maya’s door step. Maya tells them about how Shakshi’s daughter died and questions her behavior after her daughter’s death.

Arjun looks around Maya’s house and notices the same doll he had noticed at Harish’s house. He questions Maya about it. Maya explains the reason for the doll, it symbolizes woman who are victims of domestic violence. Maya reveals that Kavita is also a victim of domestic violence. Flash of Bipasha’s movie Aatma is shown.

There is a sudden noise, Arjun checks on it but it’s only a fallen flower vase on the floor and says maybe it was knocked over from the wind. Maya looks worried, Ayesha asks if she is okay but Maya doesn’t say anything.

Arjun asks if there is anything more Maya can tell them about Shakshi. They leave after thanking Maya for her help.
Liza calls Rathore and tells him that she found bruises on Kavita’s body that are two weeks old and there are many more on her bodies.
Meanwhile back in Maya’s apartment her family portrait falls on the floor, she picks it up and then looks sideways at something.

Arjun, Ayesha and Rathore discuss the case as they drive towards their next location. Rathore calls Chotu to alert him but Chotu is locked in the room.
Meanwhile Harish turns on the camera so Shakshi could see what he is doing. He comes with a gas cylinder, places it near the AC vent that lead to the vault releases the gas and then waits.
ETF arrives at Harish’s house; they spread out to enter from different doors. Harish waiting for Shakshi to come out and as soon as she comes out he slaps her and knocks her down then locks her in the vault.

Arjun tries to stop him but Harish says he only has two options and that is to arrest him or save Shakshi. He knocks Harish out with his gun and tries to turns off the gas cylinder. Meanwhile Shree arrives their and informs him that only way out of vault is from inside.
Arjun decides to go into the AC vent and tells Shree to try to deactivate the laser beams in the vent.
Arjun is crawling through the vent while Shree tries to deactivate the lasers.
Shree succeeds in deactivating the laser; he contacts Arjun to let him know.
Meanwhile Harish wakes up and takes his son to run but Rathore and others arrive to stop him.
Arjun is in the vault and notices Harish holding the lighter towards the AC vent with the team holding him back; he realizes Harish’s intentions and wraps himself and Shakshi in the blanket before going outside the vault.

Harish lights the lighter and there is an explosion, Rathore is worried for Arjun as well as the team who is still in the vault but Arjun comes out safely holding Shakshi in his arms. He hands Shakshi over to Ayesha.
Harish is arrested; Shakshi tells the team what happened. FB of how Kavita’s murder happened is shown.
Rathore and Arjun compliments Shakshi on her bravery. Very good social message is given by Rathore at the end.

Precap. Chotu has information from her informer about a terrorist that he is relaying to Rathore. Team is investigating someone named masterji and the video stops.
