Archana Karmakar to feature in Sony TV’s CID

Kunal Thakkur, last seen in Himesh Reshammiya’s Expose and Archana Karmakar, who played a part in Satya 2 will be seen together in an upcoming episodic of Sony TV’s CID.

The story inspired by Rishi Kapoor’s Khoj will revolve around a man who is troubled psychologically as he would feel that the lady living with him in his house is not his wife, but someone fake. The role of the husband will be played by Kunal while Archana will play the role of the wife.

Even when the servants, neighbours and people known to the couple would admit that the lady is the wife of the guy, the guy would refuse to believe it. This will be when the CID team will be called to dig deep into the facts.

Archana who has earlier done quite a lot of episodics including Savdhan India said, “I play a very strong character, a lady who is trying her best to convince her mentally unstable husband about the fact that she is his wife. There are a lot of twists and turns in the story and viewers will indeed find it gripping.”

Kunal earlier played son to Ronit Roy in Bandini and was seen in Koi Aane Ko Hai. He was last seen in the role of Ronnie Mukherjee in the Himesh Reshammiya movie, Expose.
