Leela with Hasmukh walks out of Vanraj’s ICU room and informs Anupama that Vanraj wants to meet her. Hasmukh says she shouldn’t if she doesn’t want to. Leela says she should if she is here. Vanraj hopes Anupama comes. Anupama walks in. Vanraj thanks her for coming and says Kavya left him, he is not blaming Kavya, he made many mistakes in life, never valued relationships, didn’t give respect to Anupama and Kavya which they deserve. He continues that life is unpredictable; he thought he is healthy and wouldn’t get heart attack, but he got it; now anyone will not say that he doesn’t have a heart; Anupama’s name is written in his heart; he made did very wrong to her and got punished by god with a warning to reform himself; he knows she will not believe him, but he is sorry for everything. Anupama says Kavya didn’t leave by herself but was forced by Vanraj to leave; Kavya tried her best but couldn’t manage; he should forget the past and move on as life means moving on. Vanraj continues his speech. His heart beat gets abnormal. Anupama asks him to stop now and rest and walks away from there. Vanraj thanks her.
Back home, Leela prays god to cure her son soon. She asks Hasmukh if he got Samar’s call. Hasmukh says no. Leela says Hasmukh was right that Anupama is their house’s Laxmi, they did really wrong to Anupama and are now facing the consequences; her son is not bad as he is a good son, father, brother. Hasmukh says Vanraj is not a good husband though and is suffering the consequences of his acts; Leela acts good when in trouble and when everything normalizes, she gets back to her old evil self, so she should stop acting; she should note down that Anupama will never accept Vanraj as they both are wrong. Leela says what is wrong in thinking of family’s happiness, she is wrong but not completely.
At the hospital, Pakhi breaks down recalling Vanraj’s condition. Samar comforts her. Toshu says even he troubled papa a lot, he is papa’s bestfriend and pride, papa got him best education to let him achieve what papa couldn’t, but he gave him nothing except disappointment and has become a burden. Pakhi says even she hurt papa a lot and recalls the event. Samar says even and recalls the event. They all 3 hug each other saying they couldn’t be good children to their parents. Kinjal walks to them and wipes their tears and says she can see 3 cute kids who are crying for their father. Samar thanks her for handling the house and family after mummy left. Pakhi also apologizes and thanks her. Kinjal says they should be happy to keep their parents happy. Pakhi says mummy’s happiness is with buddy Anuj. Toshu says Anuj is missing completely. Samar says he tried to contact him but in vain. Kinjal says Maaya can go to any extent, they don’t know what must have happened there. Kinjal says she will call Devika and ask her to find out what happened there. Kinjal says they need to handle their parents and become their support system.
Kanta tells Bhavesh that she called Devika today, even Devika and Dheeraj don’t know where Anuj is. She prays god that Anuj is fine wherever he is. She hears Anupama coming and asks him not to discuss about Anuj in front of Anupama as she is more worried about Anuj. Anupama tiredly sits on couch. Kanta fans her and asks how is Vanraj. Anupama says Vanraj had a mild heart attack and will be back home in a few days. Bhavesh goes to bring lemonade for her. Kanta says fate is pushing her towards someone whom she shouldn’t and taking away from whom she has to. Anupama says she went there not for Vanraj but for her Hasmukh and kids; she doesn’t need Vanraj or Anuj now. Next day, Vanraj returns home. Leela performs his aarti. Family asks him to rest. Vanraj say he has to work to bear the family expenses. Anupama thinks he is right that responsibilities don’t let a person to rest. Leela asks Samar and Toshu to hide their father’s laptop and asks Vanraj to get in.
Vanraj asks Anupama to get in. Leela asks her not to think much as its her family. Anupama hesitantly walks in. Pakhi and Samar gift a greeting to Vanraj. Leela asks Anupama to prepare khichdi for Vanraj. Anupama says she will not. Leela says she will prepare tea for them all and goes to kitchen. Whole family walks away leaving V Vanraj and Anupama alone. Anupama tries to leave. Vanraj asks Anupama to stay back and says he is afraid after a heart attack that something will happen to him. Anupama asks him not to tell that. Vanraj says he is worried for his children and parents, his parents won’t be alive if he dies; he trust only Anupama and needs a promise from him.
Precap: Anupama informs Kanta that Kinjal got her admission in her admirer Guruma Malti Devi’s gurukul. She reaches gurukul.
