Anil Rastogi shoots for an episodic of Sony TV’s CID

The very talented theater, Bollywood and TV personality Anil Rastogi is all set to make his presence felt on Sony Entertainment Television’s crime cum thriller drama CID (Fireworks Productions).

In the upcoming episodes CID team will come across a case related to a medical research that affected a lot of people and they’ll try locating these culprits to put them behind bars.

Anil will essay the role of a medical professional named Dr. Hriday in this particular story.

The actor was last seen in The Adventures of Hatim post his impressive performance in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Season 2.

Today (9 January 2014) is his first day on the sets of CID.

When contacted this 71 year old actor said, “I’ve been seeing this show for many years and while I was in Lucknow I had thought that I’d be a part of it whenever I get an opportunity. And here I am.”
