Swastik Productions’ daily soap Amita Ka Amit aired on Sony TV shoots for Amita’s roka ceremony.

The 19 year old girl Chandni Bhagwanani who plays the role of Amita shown to be in her mid-twenties in the daily soap, shares her feeling with us about the same.

She said, “I haven’t attended any roka ceremony before in my life and I am directly going to be a part of the traditional ceremony in reel life. It is a bit weird but I am enjoying the part of getting dressed up and pampered, just as if it is happening in real life”.

She further added saying, “The people on the sets have been really helpful and supportive during this ceremony as they know that I am very young and this is a mature act. They have guided me and helped me throughout and I found no difficulty in doing this act”.

We also asked her whether she would be able to do justice to the act since she is just 19 and she said “I observed and took the help from my mother and some other ladies to guide me and it was very helpful. Many people on the sets have appreciated my act, so I guess that I have done justice to my performance”.
