Amit Behl, Sagar, Jia, Bhavesh and Nupur to feature in Channel V’s Twist Wala Love

Channel V’s Twist Wala Love has started to grow on the audiences’ minds for its endearing love stories with a whole lot of ‘twists’ embedded in them.

Producer Kabir Sadanand’s production house will now bring in yet another delightful love tale, set against the backdrop of a music company. Titled ‘Bachpan Wala Love’, the story will see the young lovers being united by their little brother and sister.

Seasoned actor Amit Behl who was recently seen in cameo roles in Bindass’ Zindagi Wins and Star Plus’ Tere Sheher Mein will play the central role, of a highly eccentric, self-obsessed, ageing rock star who has had a glorious career. He would now want to relaunch himself in his comeback album, and will be on the lookout for a talented saxophone player.

Sagar Shetty will play the lead guy in the story, and he will join Amit Behl’s company as the saxophone player. Jiya Verma who has done films down South, and has featured in episodics of Love By Chance and Gumrah will play the female lead, and will be working in the music company.

Child artists Bhavesh Babani who was seen in Maharakshak Aaryan and Dream Girl, and Nupur Dhariwal who has done Begusaraai and episodics of Fear Files and Savdhan India will play the kids who will unite the lovers.

When contacted, Amit Behl told us, “Yes, I have a very interesting character to play in this story. I have earlier worked in Kabir’s films and was also in his show Friends – Conditions Apply. My character is that of a stylish, ageing, very mad rock star, and my screen name is interestingly called Deadlani.”
