Although injured, Rajveer to take part in the music competition in Sony TV’s Desh Ki Beti Nandini

Recently we saw the humble Rajveer (Rafi Malik) carry his petite wife Nandini (Keerti Nagpure) and climb those numerous stairs of a temple in complete Shah Rukh Khan style from Chennai Express.

And now, the lad is set to win hearts in a musical competition in Sony Entertainment Television’s Desh Ki Beti…Nandini (Rashmi Sharma Productions). In the upcoming episodes get set to see the guy play some melodious tunes as he goes to take part in a music competition.

On the insistence of Nandini, Rajveer had earlier signed up for the Music Muqabla 2014 competition in which he was to display his skills performing on the piano keys. But with differences cropping up between them he had cancelled out his participation, but Nandini will now convince him to take part in the contest.

And the twist in the tale will come when Rajveer’s participation in the competition would hang in a limbo after he will hurt his hand badly. But being the hero, Rajveer will fight all odds and participate in the competition.

When we called Rafi, he sounded all pleased. “It was a very great experience and I really had fun. Added to that we were shooting on the Boogie Woogie stage; and being a fan of the show I got to enjoy more. And yes about the twist whether with an injured hand, Rajveer would be able to do well in the contest or not will be for the viewers to see and not for me to comment,” he said with a smile.

Also when we asked the good looking actor about his copy of the SRK scene, Rafi stated, “Being a gym freak it was an easy task for me carrying a petite girl like Keerti who must be not even 40-45 kgs heavy all the way on those huge steps. The only tough part was doing it continuously to cover all the profiles. But overall it was fun.”

So, gear up to see Rajveer taking you through a musical extravaganza in the show.
