Afsar Bitiya 17th September 2012 Written Update

Part One
TTS is shown talking to Pinky when he overhears the announcer announcing the third finalist’s name ‘ Mr. and Mrs. Pintu Singh! He is shocked. Pintu and Krishna are so happy and are smiling at each other so lovingly. They thank the audience with a Namaste!(!!!) The announcer says that they will take a break before the next round commences. TTS wants to know from Pinky how this has happened as he did not want Pintu go further in the contest. Pinky assures him not to worry and tells him that the final round is left. She asks him to come there immediately and watch the fun. She is sure to remove them from the contest!

Here Pintuji is walking with Krishna and tells her,”I can’t believe that we are nearing victory”. Krishna tells him,” It is your hard work and determination to win which has brought us here.” Pintuji reminds her that she only had told that it needed two to clap hands and so he could not have done it alone. Chanchal comes there and tells them that they will surely win. The reporters want to talk to Pintu and Krishna. They first talk to Bihari about his reaching the finals. Bihari tells them that old rice is always better than new one!. Some foolish women simply talk highly of their useless and good for nothing husbands and keep them on a high pedestal. ( We know whom he is referring to here!) Pintu and Krishna come there and can hear this.

Part Two
Pinky comes to meet her parents. She warns them that ‘no one should get to know that your daughter is a judge here.’ Pinky then goes to meet the main organizer and sarcastically congratulated him at the great arrangements made by him. She tells him that never before had there been such a wonderful event organized there. The boss tells it was all Pintu’s execution as he was the manager of the event and has done a commendable job in just four days! (Pinky has finally found her plan’). She says,” Oh! so he works with you as the manager. Then it is not fair that he is a participant too. I need to see all the files immediately.”

The organizer has started making the announcement that ‘ Do you all know what will happen in the next round? Bihari and Dihati say it must be a dance round and they are well prepared for it.
Meanwhile Pinky tries to instigate other participants on Pintu being a manager and contesting too’.They get swayed by her and tell her that they will protest again it. Pinky assures her support to them.

The final round is to start and the three finalists are called on stage amidst clapping! Pintu looks at Krishna and asks her if she was scared. Krishna tells him that she was ready just a bit nervous.( so sweet.)

Are you ready comes the announcement. YES is the reply from the audience when suddenly there is a STOP!

All are shocked. Some people start saying that we won’t let the contest proceed as Pintu is the manager and is well prepared for the event. According to the rules he should not have been allowed to take part in the contest. We will not allow this and do not want any reasons or explanations.

Krishna intervenes and says ‘ Please calm down. I request you all to give us ten minutes so that I can explain myself. Please listen and give us ten minutes.
At the TTS mansion TTS asks Ganga to get ready to go for the contest. ( as he wants to see Pintu getting evicted!) Ganga is surprised and says why should he want to when he was against it earlier. TTS tells her that he was angry then and now he has decided that both should go and bless their son and daughter in law. He adds that if they go and sit there they will surely win! Ganga agrees and both want to leave for the event quickly.

Krishna brings Pintu to a corner and he wants to know what she was up to. Krishna asks him to resign from his position of the manager right away. Pintu wants to know if he should do it then and she says yes. They look for a paper and he writes his resignation letter and a letter of apology too.

All are waiting patiently but Pinky is impatient. She does not want to wait any longer. Krishna and Pintu are ready with the letter and go to the panel and submit it. The panelist asks ‘ What is this? Krishna tells him that it is his resignation letter and a letter of apology. We have made a mistake and he did not know that he would be participating in the event when he took up the post of a manager. Pinky tells her it was of no use after coming to the final round. Krishna tells her that since Pintu never got an appointment letter ‘ actually he need not give a resignation letter too. Am I not right BDO madam? He did not do this on purpose and it happened unintentionally. Please accept the letter. They both are in folded hands which pleases other panel members. They say ‘ Indeed is had no appointment letter then no resignation letter is needed either ‘ and it was great of him to do this. He can take part. All are happy! Pinky disagrees. She says it is against the rules and also values. So I cannot sign. Krishna comes forward with a valid point here ‘ She tells her ‘ you too are wrong BDO madam. Pinky is shocked. Krishna reminds her that her parents too are participating there and she is the judge. Can that be within the rules then? How can you talk about rules and values under these circumstances? Babloo fully agrees and in fact says that he too should not have been a judge there. The organiser is worried and asks all to cooperate as Bhagalpur was a small place and invariably you may have close relatives only available to judge ‘ so it was ok – otherwise the whole even will become a failure and lead to losses for him.

So they all think of a solution and come to a consensus that Babloo and Pinky will not judge their respective relatives. Other contestants are unhappy and leave.
An announcement is made that please come up for the next round. ‘ “Kisme Kitna Hai Dam!”

Part Three
Are you ready for this? Yes is the answer by all. Welcome to the first contestant. Bihari and Dihati come amidst claps. The question asked was the couples had to take the seven pheras and also explain the seven wachans ‘ oaths ‘ promises ‘ made during the wedding.

Bihari/Dihati say the first one was to take care of the home, the second was to give her a lot of gifts so that she does not open her mouth and the third is how to keep your husband under your thumb’ the panelists ask them to stop there with a Bas.

The second finalist Mr. and Mrs. Santosh Singh come and start well by saying that they were each other’s friends and by God’s grace they have come into each other’s lives’ Then they confess that they do not remember the others.

Finally the entry of our dear Prishna all dressed in their bridal attire! ( Wow…they looked so good together!) Pintuji looks handsome in his kurta and Krishna looks gorgeous in her red lehenga. ( Nazar na lage’) Prishna music in the background’Piya’.)

Both come smiling and look lovingly at each other. Manisha and Chanchal clap in the audience.

The reporters are happy with the answers that Prishna have given them and declare them winners. Krishna is smiling away as Pintuji is looking at her.
