Afsar Bitiya 11th September 2012 Written Update

Part One
At the BDP’s residence, Bihari wants to know why Pinky was upset. Pinky tells him that she was unable to find that envelope which had Krishna’s original IAS form. Bihari consoles her that it does not matter as she could not post the original as Krishna does not have it ‘ so it must be in office. He asks her to keep in touch with the police because once Ravi fails in his contract he should be arrested. Dihati too seconds that and says that they get should get a big shock ‘
( zor ka jhatka dheere se lagna chahiye’)

At Krishna’s place Nirmal storms in and wants to know why Manisha had called for him so urgently from office. Manisha asks him to listen peacefully and carefully. She tries to explain to him that their family was in difficulty ‘ Ravi had a contract to complete and Krishna had to give her Collector’s exam so she needs to study for it’. Nirmal answers back rather harshly that he cannot help everyone and take responsibility of everything! Manisha speaks softly and tells him it was not about money. She suggests to him that she wanted to participate in Mr. and Mrs. Bhagalpur with him. Nirmal is shocked and wonders if she has gone mad. Manisha tries explaining to him that if they win they would get one and a half lakh and reminds him that he always wanted to help Ravi. Nirmal does not want to and says if he was not capable of fulfilling his contract he should not have accepted it.

Suddenly he notices her ear rings missing and asks her ‘ where are your ear rings? Manisha tells him that she had given them to Krishna to sell them to get her books for the preparation. He screams at her that how could she give away the ear rings given by him!

Part Two
For the books, you sold my ear rings? Nirmal asks. Manisha tries to ask him to speak softly so that no one can hear him. But he goes on by saying how could she sell his jewellery for the benefit of her brother and sister? He is angry and walks out to come right in front of Krishna! Krishna tells him not to get so angry and gives him his ear rings. Manisha says ‘ Krishna did you not sell the ear rings? By that time the mother has come back from the temple. Krishna gives the ear rings to Nirmal who just throws it on the floor angrily and walks away! Ravi too enters. Manisha picks up the ear rings and is sad as tears roll down’..Krishna asks her to stop. She tells her not to worry so much. Chanchal comes in clapping and praises Krishna and Manisha as ideal sisters’.one wanted to sell her ear rings for the other and the other refuses. She feels proud to have such lovely sisters! She says lets clap for them. She tells them ‘ do you remember what Dad told us Never to lose confidence or courage under any situation’ We should always have belief in ourselves.

She starts off that let us all take an oath today ‘ All promise to be together under all circumstances and be happy too. Krishna promises and all join hands together. The mother is very happy as she sees the four siblings in complete unity and affectionate bonding.

In comes Pintuji, and the sisters are in a pose of Namaste!( I like that! ) Krishna starts smiling and all ask what happened? She claps and very joyfully tells that she is going to make a great announcement! She continues ‘ Pintuji wanted me to take part in the Mr. and Mrs. Bhagalpur contest and I have decided that I won’t participate in it”All are quite disappointed’. When she adds ‘ This is the problem with you all’ Please listen to what I have to say fully’..I will not only take part but also win the contest with Pintuji!!!!( finally madam has pleased all of us! And Pintuji’) Krishna smiles and all are happy. Chanchal is thrilled and hugs Krishna telling her that she did the right thing. Pintu is excited too and both of them seek the blessings of their mother. Pintuji asks her to bless them that they emerge victorious! Maaji does the same. Chanchal’s eyes are filled with tears as she looks on at her Dad’s picture.

At the BDO office Pinky is all fuming. She asks Chowbeyji to go and search for the envelope. Mithilesh comes there and looks at Chowbey with a smile. Pinky is upset and wants to know the reason for the smile. He had to go and do his job of searching for the envelope. She then tells him that she was going out and if any phone call comes he should ask them to call up in her mobile. He says ok and she leaves.

At Pintuji office the boss is very happy that Pintu has decided to participate in the contest. He says he had solved two of his problems in one go. Pintu tells him that he had something to give him. His resignation! The head wants to know the reason for this. Pintu sweetly tells him that he cannot participate if he is the manager as it would be unfair to the other contestants. But the head tells him that he cannot accept his resignation as he would lose out on a great manager. Pintu tries explaining to him that should they win people will think that it has been rigged and they have been fooled. His boss tells him it is a huge risk of losing a good manager by letting him go. Pintu gives a look to Krishna who is waiting outside( he always looks for assurance from her – how cute…) and wondering what the discussion was about. Finally the boss wants to know what Pintu had decided. Pintu agrees to be both the manager and a contestant.

At the DC’s office Pinky is talking to the DC on how Krishna can appear for the IAS. DC tells her that Krishna had already taken his permission for sitting in the exam. Pinky argues that she has been suspended so how come? DC tells her very curtly that nothing has been proved till now and so she can sit for the exam and none can stop her from it. If she is indeed capable and good enough she will sit for the exam’.but after she passes the exam she will have to prove her innocence.

Pinky wants to say what is all this”but DC stops her and asks her not to waste her time on this. He also very clearly tells her that her manner of conducting the enquiry in the BDO office was not done’. It was unconstitutional’..( here we got the answers to all our questions that was bothering most of us here’..) He also gives her a stern advice ‘ If you can’t do good ‘ at least don’t do bad! That will be good for you!
( Wow’. We all were waiting for this! Well done!)

Pinky is shocked and sad that how come tables have turned for her.

Part Three
Pintu and Krishna are sitting while Pintu is filling the form. Krishna asks Pintu if he was happy that she was participating? Pintu tells her that his boss wants him to be the manager too. Krishna tells him that it was not right. Pintu explains to her that his boss understood and realised that and still said there was no problem if a manager took part. Krishna is smiling’.. Pintu asks her why she was smiling. She sasy I am so happy so naturally I have to smile ‘ they like your work so much that they don’t want you to lose your job! Pintu tells her that he would do his best to win the contest but even if I lose we will get the manager’s salary. He has completed the form and asks Krishna to sign. She does.

At the BDP residence Pinky wants to know why she was called urgently. Pinky tells them that DC was very angry and anyway you tell me’..Dihati tells Pinky that Krishna and Pintu are taking part in Mr. and Mrs. Bhagalpur contest. Pinky is shocked! She feels that Krishna had made her life hell”( hard to digest this one’.) Dihati comes up with her great idea that why don’t you too take part and you can win it’.Pinky stops her and asks her to think before she talks'( very difficult job for Dihati’) You can buy the title – winning trophy – but how can you buy a husband?( as Pinky was unmarried’..and can’t take part’). Dihati sheepishly replies that she never thought about that. Pinky gets one more idea’ She asks her Mom and Dad to take part in the contest. Bihari is not too sure’.as he feels they anyway won’t win and there was no point in making a fool of themselves’..( finally a great acceptance!) Dihati is meanwhile happily dancing around about the steps she plans to do and the manner in which she plans to dress. Pinky calls up Mithilesh and tells him to immediately contact the organizers of Mr. and Mrs. Bhagalpur contest. She tells him I want to meet them right away!

Chanchal is training our Prishna for the contest with some dance steps. Pinky talks to Pintu’s boss that since she can’t be a participant she would like to be a judge of the contest.
