“Accessories matter more than your clothes” Krystle Dsouza
Telly town actress Krystle Dsouza talks about her fascination for accessories and imitation jewellery…
Today everybody is concerned about looking their best, but no matter how good you dress-up, you fail to emerge as the most appealing personality without wearing chunks of flattering accessories. Accessories not just add to your style quotient but also make your persona sparkle and appear more pulled together.
To know more about the latest on-going jewellery trends among the television stars, We got in touch with the charming actress Krystle Dsouza who is well-known as Jeevika of Star Plus popular show ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain’, and the young actress says “I think accessories are quite important and they are becoming more and more vital these days. Personally, I just love jewelry but in the current scenario, your pocket doesn’t allow you to buy more of real jewelry. Therefore, I prefer a lot of artificial colored neck-pieces, anklets, rings and bracelets. I believe these colorful imitation jewellery add a lot of character to your out-fit.”
Since, Krystle herself is a designer at SUNHOM clothing enterprise; the young designer talks about her love for jewellery, as she says, “Accessories matter more than your clothes, providing you an entirely new opportunity to express yourself. Thanks to accessories, you can create a flowing wave of style from head to toe. And for that reason, I buy neck pieces the most because no matter how dull your outfit is, you can bring it up with the right selection of accessories.”
When asked Kyrstle about her most favorite jewellery shopping destination, she says, “There is no specific destination as such because now-a-days you get accessories anywhere and everywhere, be it on the streets, all around the malls and even in other countries. However, recently I have discovered a place called Blur, which is actually a small section of Esbeda. Interestingly, they have awesome funky jewelries and accessories that I’m in love with now.”
Recalling her most cherished moment of her first jewellery gift, Krstyle goes down memory lane and shares with us, “I remember my first piece of jewellery was gifted to me by my parents when I was a kid. They bought me two beautiful gold bangles and that was the first precious jewellery piece I got as a gift, and after that I’ve always bought jewellery on my own.”
Does Krystle have her eyes on any of the jewellery now? “A huge blue solitaire ring with diamonds all around, is something I have my eyes on, either I will buy it soon or find someone who will buy it for me.” (Laughs)
