Aasman Se Aage 11th June 2012 Written Update

Scene 1:

Meenakshi is nervous and worried…Akshat holds her hand and gives her confidence. They both are sitting next to each their and waiting for Meenakshi’s chance.

Scene 2:

DC on phone with Sandhya. Sandhya asks, “Shall I send Meenakshi? She is nervous. DC says to Wait some more so that maza will be more.

Scene 3:

Zoya welcomes Shaila -the next performer. Shaila dancers on “Ek ladka Tha, Ek Ladaki thi. grace ful Performance.
Sanam – Says it was good and he was impressed.
Mahua – Dil Mange More… She liked it. Bahut Badiya tha…
DC – You have done justice to the song given. All in all a solid performance.
Shaila thanks the judges and leaves.

Next is vrushika – Zoya announces. She starts her performance. “Mai to tere Chahat me”

Scene4:

Meenakshi remembers the praises given to Karishma by DC and is worried.. She is standing in a corner. Akshat says to Alan, “Alan Sir, you can give confidence to her. I cannot explain well like you and if she looses her confidence, winning this round is not possible”. Alan pats on his shoulders assuredly and goes towards Meenakshi.

Scene 5:

Vrushika’s performance is over and Zoya asks for judges remarks.
Sanam – Says the dance is good but the actual meaning of the song and dance did not come out
DC – dance form was good and dance was also good but the interpretation was not good. He also told the way she handled the kid(toy kid), the way she tried to do steps jumping over the kid, he did not like it. She leaves with a sad face.

Scene 6:

Alen goes near Meenakshi. He asks her why she is scared? Is she scared of loosing? He asks her to close her eyes and visualize that she lost and karishma won it.. We see DC announcing Karishma as best dancer and she receiving the award. Then Alan tells her to think if she is out of the show then she will go back to her old life of working in a mall…Meenakshi remembers she telling her mom about the change in their life etc…

Alan asks her now to open her eyes and tell how was the feeling. She says she is feeling empty. Akshat is seeing over all this. Alan says, now nothing to worry as the scare is gone. He says, do not dance for winning or with fear of elimination or because your mom is watching sitting there. He says dance because that is the only thing you can do and you want to do. And he says, get ready for winning. Meenakshi gives a smile and nods her head.

Scene 7:

Zoya announces there are only 2 more performances. Santosh’s name is announced. He starts his act. “He ji, Ho ji…” from ram-lakhan. He is using a ball and rotating and dancing along… In the end, he slides off a bit. Zoya says, hope judges forgive…

Mahua – Very good act was going on and you did so well and in the end you slipped this.
DC -” Fingers Crossed. All the best”
Sanam – I am not sure on what basis I have to judge. Santosh is very upset and he keeps on requesting to give a chance and he says he will not give a chance to complain.
DC says, Thank you Santosh. We will tell after all the performances… Santosh leaves sadly.

Scene 8:

Sanam is making some entries in the sheet and he says, A small mistake is costing big… seems he is referring Santosh. DC says, these days you are agreeing to what I say. I guess you understood the concept of the show. Sanam says,” I understand only Dance not your politics. And, some thing is right its right if you say or I say.”

Scene 9

Zoya reiterates that only 10 out of 12 will be going to final and she also says, two of them will the best dancer awards and then Welcomes the last performer – Meenaksi Kumar.

Meenakshi is doing gracefully… Also she is dancing in the square unlifed box kind of area…
Every body is watching very intensely… Once it ends huge silence.. Then a big standing ovation starts from Mahua and rest all follow… including audience and sanam… DC is surprised… Karishma is serious…
Zoya asks for judges views…
DC: Your performance was good but something is lacking…Some thing gadbad… But he says, if you have done this 10 years back, you could have won laurls. But you could have tried some thing new and spicy… And then he asks “Hai na Sanam”…

Sanam retards, “Gadbad jaroor hai… if you did not like Meenkashi’s performance, gadbad jaroor hai but that is with you DC”… Every one looks a bit surprisingly…

Pre-cap: DC is announcing, “The award goes to… Karishma comes forward but he says Meenakshi… Meenakshi is receiving the award and he says, some how you won this but till when you can keep this award with you…
