Sahil establishes that Vaidika left her grown up daughter and her newborn as well. She was only interested in Yash’s property. He presents a copy of Yash’s will to court. Nisha claims it to be a false one, Yash didn’t write any such will. Vaidika cries in the court that they consider her a culprit but their accusations were all false. She didn’t know she had a son, and if she was a greedy mother then why would she bring up Sadika with all due love. The court asks them to present the witness. Puneesh was sure that Maya and doctor won’t reach the court but they finally end up in the court. Nisha calls Mrs. Joshi in the witness box. Nisha works with her black magic and questions Mrs. Joshi what happened in the hospital five years ago. Mrs. Joshi agrees that Vaidika had given birth to
a son but she didn’t take her son along, she returned after a few hours but her son wasn’t there anymore. There was a girl child and Vaidika took her along. Vaidika cries and pleads in front of Dr. Joshi for lying in the court. The court gives a three day time to Vaidika keeping in view her sacrifice to bear the bullet for Ved in a recent accident. If Vaidika doesn’t present some solid proof Ved’s custody will go to Bhoomi and Sahil Agarwal. Sahil was saddened as he watch Vaidika cry on the floor. Maya consoles Vaidika. Sahil, Bhoomi and Agarwals leave. Nisha smirks thinking Vaidika will suffer even more. She comes to Vaidika and says she didn’t know why the doctor changed her witness. Vaidika runs out of the court behind the doctor. She hits Sahil and was about to fell off. Sahil supports Vaidika but Vaidika grabs Sahil’s collar and asks how much he paid to the doctor? First they got a false will of Yash and now this? Sahil shouts at her to shut up, proof, lawyers and doctors are all against Vaidika but still she is creating the drama. He can’t express what he suffers watching Vaidika in this condition. Vaidika shouts she damn care about anyone, she only cares for Ved right now. Sahil clarifies that Ved is also his son and he has a right over him as well.
Bari Amma reach home excitedly and brought chocolates for Ved. Gauri comes to hug Sadika as she felt dejected. Bari Amma and Puneesh wonder who got the doctor’s evidence changed. Ved at once run towards the door of Agarwal house cheerfully shouting Mama! Bhoomi sat with her arms open but Ved passes Bhoomi to go and hug Vaidika. Nisha was working with concentration for the changed attitude. Bari Amma comes to Ved and says Bhoomi is his mother. Ved didn’t move. Bhoomi comes to forcefully take Ved from Vaidika. Bari Amma claims Vaidika to be a black magician. Nisha smirks that Ved is under her control right now and no one understands this. Ved pushes Bhoomi down on floor and shouts that Vaidika is his mama, he will stay with her. Sahil charges towards Ved angrily but Vaidika protects Ved and he is young. Nisha smiles that no matter Vaidika loses in the court, but she has won at home. Nani taunts Bari Amma for the disgrace and says the child recognized his mother by himself. Nisha thinks everyone will suffer in hands of her black magic.
Vaidika holds Ved inside. Bhoomi was left shocked.
PRECAP: Vaidika brings Ved to Bhoomi’s room as she doesn’t wish Ved loses his parents. Vaidika will get a proof that might change the course of the court case.
