A busy birthday for Salman Yusuf Khan!

Choreographer turned actor Salam Yousuf Khan celebrated his birthday yesterday on the sets of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa..

The very charming, Salman Yusuf Khan is popularly famous as the winner of India’s biggest Dance reality show Dance India Dance Season 1. After winning the precious title, the very talented choreographer was also witnessed choreographing Yana Gupts in Season 4 of Dancing with the stars, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4 and with Isha Sharwani in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 5. After his debut movie ABCD, Salman is at present rocking the dance floors with the very attractive Drashti Dhami in Colors dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa: Dancing with the Stars.

Birthdays are supposed to be the most awaited day of the year, an occasion to rejoice and celebrate.

But this year, Salman had a busy day celebrating his birthday on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa by doing what he is best at i.e working which in his case was dance!

Recalling his childhood birthday memory, Salman says, “You won’t believe but I have failed to remember my birthday four times while growing up. And later, next day, on realizing this I used to cry a lot. (Laughs).”

But this year it was something out of the routine. Salman was delighted with a cake-cutting on the set with big hugs from all the three judges- Madhuri Dixit Nene, Karan Johar and Remo Dsouza.

Salman tells us about his idea for a perfect birthday, “A perfect birthday according to me is spending half a day at the mosque in prayers, by staying disconnected with the world and treating the needful. And then later, I like to spend a peaceful time with my family and friends at dinner.”

He is overwhelmed with the birthday wishes that have poured in, “It’s the prayers and love of each and every fan of mine that I work this hard for. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank everyone for being there for me. I’m really grateful for all the love and support that I’ve been receiving so far. All your tweets and mails turned my day into an ideal birthday. Thank you so much!”
