The Episode starts with Dr. Kabir dancing with Sanchi on the song odhi odhi Jaa on dandiya night. Dr. Kabir thinks he shall talk to Sanchi. Someone comes and informs something to Adarsh. Adarsh goes. Pragya sees him and thinks there is something wrong for sure. She follows him. Dr. Kabir comes to Sanchi while dancing and says I want to show you something. Sanchi says after this round please. Veer looks for Sanchi. Dr. Kabir tells Sanchi that he wants to show her something and takes her to side. Veer thinks if Dr. Kabir discuss case even here. He says it seems I have to take Sanchi far from here else Dr.Kabir won’t let my love story move forward. Dr. Kabir tells Sanchi that he never told this to anyone or felt this for anyone. He says now he understood that it is easy to operate on heart, but difficult
to convey the feelings. Sanchi asks him to practice before proposing Bittu personally.
Dr. Kabir holds her hands and says thank you for understanding me, few days were difficult for me, I tried to say afar from you but couldn’t, the more I try to go far from you, I get closer to you. He says I thought I have gone mad as I never felt this for anyone till now and says now he understood that it was his love and not madness. He says he never knew when did he fall in love with her and wants to give her something to express his love. He show the ring. Sanchi smiles as she thinks he is practicing to propose to Bittu and says it is beautiful. Dr. Kabir asks her to wear it. Sanchi thinks bittu is lucky, her love changed Kabir sir a lot. She wears the ring. Veer is shocked. Sanchi says this ring is beautiful and will be liked by any girl. She tries to take it out. Dr. Kabir asks her to wear it and says I have bought this for you. Dandiya starts. She couldn’t hear him. Dr. Kabir says I love you Sanchi. Sanchi says answer will be yes. Veer is shocked. She still tries to take out the ring.
Pragya and Isha come to Sanchi and asks her to come as it was an emergency. Dr. Kabir asks if it was medical emergency. Pragya says no. Sanchi asks what is the matter. Pragya tells and a fb is shown, that she saw Adarsh meeting a man who told him that his wife gave birth to a baby boy and asks for 4 lakhs rs. Adarsh agrees and asks him to bring baby in the morning, says his patient can have labour pains at any time. Pragya thinks Neeta got the reports burned because of this fact. Fb ends. Sanchi says we shall tell everything to Mrs. Maheshwari. Veer comes to Sanchi and says I need to tell you something. Sanchi says not now, as I have important work and goes. Veer is shocked with what he has heard.
Sanchi and others inform Mrs. Maheshwari about Adarsh and Neeta’s baby swap plan. Mrs.Maheshwari gets shocked and her labour pain starts. Pragya says her labour pain started. Isha says I will call any senior doctor. Sanchi stops her and says if Neeta comes to know that they will take her daughter. Mrs. Maheshwari cries for her daughter. Sanchi promises that nothing will happen to her and says they shall take her to OT. Pragya and Isha go to bring stretcher. Sanchi asks her to breaths and relax. Mr. Maheswari comes and finds her missing. He thinks where is she?
In the OT, Pragya asks her to trust them and says nothing will happen to your daughter. They wear aprons. Neeta greets the guests and says we shall let Durga and Lakshmi born in our homes and give them strength and courage. She says this charity event proceedings will go for the betterment of child education. The people present there applaud for her. Mr. Maheshwari comes there. Neeta says I asked you not to meet me publicly. Mr. Maheshwari tells her that his wife is missing. Neeta thinks where did she go in this condition. Dr. Malhotra thinks why Neeta is tensed. Dr. Kabir thinks he didn’t hope that Sanchi will accept his proposal happily and thinks why did Pragya and Isha took her. He calls Kusum and says Sanchi said yes. Kusum says you made me happy today. She says if anything happens to me then also I don’t care. Dr. kabir ends the call. He thinks to complete the pending work.
Veer hears his conversation with Kusum and comes to the conclusion that he was right, Sanchi has accepted Dr. Kabir’s proposal. He feels heartbroken and thinks he shall not talk to Sanchi for clarification. Neeta, Adarsh and Mr.Maheshwari search for Mrs. Maheshwari. Adarsh says if she came to know about the truth and ran away from the hospital. Sanchi, Pragya and isha try to deliver Mrs. Maheshwari’s baby. Sanchi says baby’s position is changed and asks Pragya to start ultra sound machine. They check the baby in ultra sound. Pragya says we have to do C section as normal delivery is not possible. Sanchi says we don’t have time to do C Section and says she will do something. She delivers the baby normally. Mrs. Maheshwari looks at her baby. Neeta calls Sanchi and asks her to open the door. Sanchi, isha and Pragya get tensed.

Sanchi tells that we are seeing the example of neeta malhotra’s hypocrisy, at one side she is keeping fund raiser for girl child and at the other side, she is buying boy for her patient. Dr.
