Dev 2nd September 2017 Written Episode

The Episode starts with a man coming home and asking servant about his dad. He hears a scream from his mum’s room. Everyone finds Godavari dead. They get shocked. They ask about nurse. They go to call Revati and see blood in her hands. Revati gets shocked too. Dev and Meera have an argument. She cooks fish. He asks her to vacate kitchen fast and don’t come between him and his morning tea. She says I will make tea. He refuses.

Dev sees some guard outside and asks did you call him. She says no. Dev asks what’s the work. The guard asks are you Dev, talk. Brij lal Mehta talks to Dev and asks him to help. Dev asks what work do you have. Brij says I will tell you when we meet, you will know my need by that small cheque. Dev says I know. Brij says I m giving price for your talent, I wish I

could come to you and talk, I can just request, please come son. Dev recalls Swami ji. Dev agrees to come and asks guard do they have good tea. He leaves. Meera gets his tea and sees him leaving. She says plan successful, I will start now.
Dev come to Mehta house. Nayantara welcomes him. Dev says I wanted to have tea since morning, come. He hears someone scolding Revathi. He sees the murder place sealed. Brij says I called you, thanks for coming. Dev asks whose murder happened. Brij says my wife Godavari. He cries. Nayantara consoles her. Dev says there is no news of big diamond merchant’s murder case. Brij says I have stopped them, police is coming to arrest my younger bahu Revati. Meera sees the news video of Swami ji’s murder.

Brij tells his story. Dev asks him to say murder story. Nayantara tells everything. Brij says Revati had small reason to do murder, there is no proof. Dev says just reason is not enough, I m confused, did you call me to prove Revati innocent or culprit. Brij says I was doubting on Revati before, but she came to my room and told me that she didn’t kill Godavari, she is pregnant. Brij says if she said she didn’t kill Godavari, she is saying true, all children are mine, how to doubt. Dev asks Nayantara to take her to Godavari’s room. Dev checks the things. Nayantara compliments him. She says I m sure Revati killed Godavari. He says maybe you killed her, everyone has seen blood on her hands, but there is no blood on door knob. She says her other hand was clean. He asks her to introduce her family members. He asks about her family. She says I m divorced, my husband couldn’t keep me happy, since then I m here. He says its not easy to keep wives happy. She says guy should be sensible, its not tough.

He asks who manages family business. She tells him they all manage different outlets, dad named all business to Godavari. He says it means you all have benefit from her death. She asks who will kill mum for money. He says money is a problem. Naveen comes. Dev says I have seen you while coming. Naveen says sorry for my behavior. Dev asks what do you think why your wife killed your mum. Naveen says I don’t believe this, dad called you to solve this case, tell me if you need help. Dev says yes help me, make me meet your wife. Dev questions Revati. He congratulates her for pregnancy. She says I got pregnant by artificial fertilization means, mum used to taunt me a lot. Dev checks the door knob and goes. He sees Naveen outside and says you were having your ear here. Naveen says its nothing like that. Dev asks what are you hiding.

Naveen says I have to talk, I got murderer’s hair from mum’s hand, so that Revati doesn’t get caught. Dev asks where are the hair. Naveen says I have thrown it. Dev says great. Nurse comes. Nayantara asks Dev to join them for lunch. Meera reads about Swami and Mahek’s murder blame on Dev, he is proved innocent. Zohra sees Meera finding about Dev and says I don’t want any clarification, that were his life’s toughest days. Meera says I was worried for Avi, and found about Dev. Zohra asks her to control her fears, I trust Dev and you also trust him, people say anything about Dev, I know everything about Dev, Mahek went and he became a live dead body. Meera apologizes.

Dev dines with everyone. He sees other family members. He asks where is bahu number 2. Nishchal says don’t take her name. Naveen says she won’t be hungry in this state. Dev says she should eat well and you should take care of her, who from you killed Godavari, you all look relaxed after your mum died. Nayantara says a kid is also here, be careful. Aaliya says I know who killed Dadi. Dev says tell me fast. The girl points towards all and says a big anaconda. She says its less, its tough time, I have seen a snake going out of window, and it had tough tail. Dev goes. Nishchal’s wife asks Dev to interrogate Prateek. Dev interrogates Prateek, Brij’s accountant. Dev says you have won my heart, you look simple and innocent, since when do you love Nayantara. Prateek says I… since much time, its not a crime to love someone. Dev says no, love is a disease, anyone can have it. He recalls Mahek.

Prateek says I know after the fraud is company, Brij decides this, none knows about scam, there was no clue, Brij got heart attack and he lost trust on children. Dev asks who is the murderer, Nayantara or you. Prateek says why will I kill her. Dev says I m just asking, bad habit. Dev goes out and checks the room’s window from outside. Dev thinks to find murderer for Mehta’s peace. He goes to nurse Janki and questions her. She says Godavari deserves this, Revati did good, she was tortured by Godavari. He asks about Prateek and Nayantara. She says everyone knows about it. Nayantara comes and says Brrij is calling you.

Brij says police files charge sheet and is coming to arrest Revati, what’s your progress, time is less. Dev says going good. Dev calls Meera and asks her to do his work. She asks say please. He says please, and guides her. She gets a key. She opens a drawer. He asks for some contact number. She tells his number. Dev calls that person. Meera sees a room locked. She sees the keys in hand.

Dev says you will get a call for me on your number. Dev recalls the case links. Dev talks to servant and learns about Nishchal stealing money. Dev asks him to call everyone. Dev gets a rope and says I have to do an experiment to solve this murder. He says I will lock the door, when I shout help, come in. They nod. Dev goes to Godavari’s room and locks. Dev shouts help. They all enter the room and see Dev outside the window. He says this happened to pull all the things and make them fall by a rope, when Aaliya told me she has seen a snake going, I had a doubt, it was a rope, not a snake. Brij asks what do you mean. Nayantara says it means mum was killed before we heard her. Dev says it was drama to confuse you. Nishchal asks who screamed them. Dev says it was the murderer’s scream, Revati was trapped in this. He tells about the plan. Nayantara says a single person can’t do this alone. Dev asks her to become detective, two people have done this. Nurse faints. Dev says she couldn’t hear the truth, Janki has pulled the rope. They all get shocked. Nayantara gets a call. Dev talks to Biju and smiles. Dev says Janki has screamed and then entered her room, like I entered her room today.

Revati asks why did she do this. Dev says because she is a fraud, she is not a nurse. He says I caught her lies, I called my friend Biju and he told me she used to work in your outlet. Revati says Naveen opened that outlet, he will know about it. Dev says I think you understood, Biju said everyone knows about Naveen and Janki’s love story, so Naveen tried to confuse me with hair story, so that Revati gets trapped. Revati cries. Brij asks what did you do Naveen, you killed your mum for this characterless girl. Nishchal slaps Naveen. Dev says stop it Nishchal, you are also not clean chit, Mr Mehta your elder son Nishchal did the fraud in your company. Brij gets sad and cries. Police arrests Janki. Naveen says Sita and I met in Kochi, we fell in love, she came after me here, I kept her as dad’s nurse, but mum caught us red handed. Godavari scolded Naveen. Naveen says I explained mum a lot, but she didn’t agree, then we made this plan, I killed Godavari and then all this to frame Revati, I came back after half an hour, when Nayantara tries to awake Revati, I knew blame will come on Revati. Naveen is taken by police. Revati cries and thanks Dev. Dev asks Nayantara to take care of Brij, and identify the sensible man who can take care of her. She asks why are you trying to flirt. He says not me, the one who is close to you always, Prateek.

Dev asks Naveen how did you get this mind blowing idea from crime book. Naveen asks how do you know I read crime books. Dev recalls Revati telling him. Meera enters Dev’s room and sees Dev and Mahek’s pictures. She checks his laptop and sees their pics. Meera gets sad. Dev comes there and looks at her.
