Ila asks Meera if she remembers the time when she don’t want to marry, and says now you have made good arrangements of your husband’s birthday party. Meera says she has done for family happiness. Ila says she is very happy and says everyone might be thinking that you have grown up. Meera says you gets senti everytime. Ila tells Meera that Sanjay and Vijay are waiting for Gacchu and Mausami and will come with them.

Abhi gets happy seeing football cake. He cuts the cake and makes everyone have it. He lifts his cousin and suddenly feels pain in his back. Everyone is shocked. He holds his stomach. Govind says he will bring lep. Sindhu asks what happened suddenly. Ila gets Vijay’s call and is shocked. She tells them that Mausami and Gacchu met with an accident. Meera says I will come
with you. Ila asks her to take care of Abhi and goes. Ganga asks Abhi why did you lift her. Gopal takes Abhi to room. Abhi says he is feeling much pain.

Meera comes there. Abhi asks her to tell what she is thinking. She asks him to take off his shirt. She says until you takes off his shirt, how I will apply ointment. Abhi says I am ok, will apply by myself. Meera asks him to let her help him. Abhi says I don’t need your help, do you want to see my back. Meera says no, but it is my responsibility as Mummy ji told. She touches him. He acts as if he felt current. Meera asks why did he react as he felt current. He thinks how did she know? He refuses to get ointment applied with her hand and asks her to go out. Meera says she would have helped even a stranger. Abhi says he don’t like anybody to touch his body. Meera says ok and goes to change her dress.

Govind comes to Ganga. Ganga asks shall I serve food. He checks the food and says nobody have the food. She says why troubles are coming on my children. Govind asks if Meera’s kundli is responsible for Gacchu and Mausami’s accident. He says it was just an accident. He says he will give the food to the needy. Gopal sings song. Saru says Abhi is unwell. Gopal asks her not to worry as Meera is with him.

Abhi feels utmost pain in his back. Meera looks on worried. Gopal asks Saru not to worry as Meera is with him. He says we shall not take his tension. Saru says but this is not a good sign. Saru and Gopal talk about them. Meera asks Abhi to let her help him. He refuses.
