    In this episode Krishna explains to Karn, so simply, clearly and intelligently, all of his sins and adharmi acts when he blindly, and without discrimination, began going down the path of adharma and the biddings of ‘papi’ duryodhan. Krishna demonstrated to Karn the difference between true friendship and obligation when Karn became obligated to scheming duryodhan, who mercilessly used and took advantage of Karn’s obligation to him, to fulfill his lust for power and control. Karn, with the help of Krishna, was able to see and judge for himself when he went off the path of Dharma, by his obligation to an opportunist, and being ashamed of being called a soothputra.
