Ravi Dubey travels by local trains!

Zee TV’s Jamai Raja lead actor Ravi Dubey is such a stickler for time that he boarded a local train to reach an event.

On Sunday (June 5), the actor had to rush to the Gold Awards rehearsal. But due to heavy traffic jam on the highway, he hopped into a local train to arrive at the rehearsals on time.

He shared, “I don’t like making people wait. I had to reach the rehearsals from the Jamai Raja shoot. To reach from Naigoan to Andheri would have taken time…so I chose to commute by public transport instead of being stuck in a traffic jam for eternity. In fact, it was one of the best train journeys of my life. I met two gentlemen in the compartment and had a great chat with them. They were very warm and it was interesting to know their stories. Also, there were a couple of passengers who came up to me and requested to click selfies with me.”

He added, “I used to travel by local train in 2003-04. I think trains are much more convenient as they save time.”
