How excited are you to watch Angoori’s entry on ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Pe Hain?’ tonight?

There are no second thoughts on ‘Angoori’ being credited for making &TV show ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Pe Hain?’ a super hit!

While Shilpa Shinde is yet battling out the differences with Producer Benaifer Kohli (Edit II Productions), the latter went ahead to sign on Shubhangi Atre Poorey as a replacement for the famed character – Angoori.

With Shubhangi’s entry airing tonight, we are sure there will be a lot of inquisitive eyes to find out if the new lady will justify the pivotal character or not.

Looking her best, Angoori will be introduced singing ‘Bhor Bhaye Panghat Pe’ from the film ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’ while watering the holy Tulsi plant. Without wasting much time, Angoori will quickly engage in a humorous conversation with Vibhuti Narayan and will mouth her illustrious takia kalam – ‘Sahi Pakde Hai’!

An elated Shubhangi said, “I am extremely excited and equally nervous on being chosen to play such a beautiful character on television. Angoori bhabhi has a cult following and playing her character is equally challenging. My job is now to understand the director’s vision and do complete justice to it. I hope the loyal fans of the show bestow the same love upon me as they have showered before. We have great bunch of talented actors with impeccable comic timing and I hope to re-create the same magic with them on screen.”

She further added, “During the shoot, I was already very nervous, but everyone was so accommodating that I felt at ease. Additionally, the situations that have been penned are so real, that I started laughing with Aasif ji’s lines! And the way Rohitashji calls out to Angoori as pagli is extremely endearing.”

For the uninitiated, Shubhangi was chosen to replace Shilpa for the character of Koyal in Chidiya Ghar (SAB TV) too.

Will Shubhangi be able to strike a connection with the audience this time too?
