Scene 1:
Location: Vihaan’s residence
Vihaan returns back with kyra, and all wait anticipatedly for her reaction and ecision. she comes in with vihaan, and they both again, along with the other mothers try and convince her, to let go of her decision. but she stands adamant. kyra and the mothers siding with her, proclaims that she shall not abort. vihaan sides with her. Granny is apalled, but respects her decision and adds that now they should also respect her decision that she has taken. all are boggled. he asks whats it. she goes and locks herself in the room. They are distraught and start blaming each other. finally, granny comes out, dressed in white. they are shocked. Vihaan asks granny, in front of everyone as to why is she doing this. Granny says that she shall neither eat nor drink anything, till they dont agree to her wish. they are all shocked and aghast. kyra rushes in and vihaan tensedly goes after her. he assures her that there wont be any trouble, as he sides with her, and supports her. They then come out, and show their resolve, that they too wont eat anything. all are apalled but comply neverthless. By midnight, all dose off. granny starts coughing, and they immediately rush to her help, and ask her to stop this but she doesnt comply, nor drinks water. kyra comes with garlic and laung draped in hankey, and she smells it and then is relieved. After that, she doses off yet again. the next morning they yet once again, try and give her food, and tea, first by deception, and then using the children, who vow that they shall not eat without her. But she disrtracts them both , and then sends them off to school. She eyes them resignedly and then asks the ladies not to be too oversmart. then they get disappointed as their attempts at making granny eat something fail. Kyra goes inside and tensedly begins to settle the room. harpreet comes and takes the work from her, asking her torest. after she elaves, she gets vasundhara’s call, who identifies her as being tensed and worried, and then asks to say whats the matter. she narrates everything, and vasundhara asks her to stay put on her resolve. kyra determinedly agrees and complies. the screen freezes on kyra’s tensed face.

Precap: The next morning, the members of the family invite some priests for some food. they get down to eat, and then the head priest asks granny to come and start the fest, being the eldest. granny is tensed, and all eyes turn on her…
