Apara Mehta to become a ‘Sardar’ in ‘Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle!’

The newly launched show, ‘Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle’ is garnering rave reviews with its rib tickling situational comedy. Funny chaos and confusion sets a chain of events where the protagonists, Nathu (Ali Asgar) and Dr. Ranbir (Ather Habib) try to outclass each other to gain the affection of Dr. Diya (Krishna Gokani).

The cast also includes veterans like Mahesh Thakur and Apara Mehta in pivotal roles. Apara Mehta who plays the role of Dr Diya’s mother adds a comic flavour to the show where she plays a quintessential Punjabi lady.

The upcoming track will portray Apara Mehta, who is always pushing her daughter, Dr. Diya to get married and is always alert whenever she watches a man disguise as a Punjabi Sardar.

She tries to reach Dr. Diya multiple times however isn’t able to do so. Hence, to reach her daughter she disguises herself as a Sardar and reaches Dr. Diya to pitch for the list of prospective grooms she has with her.

Simultaneously, it will also mark the entry of veteran actress Guddi Maruti where Nathu and Dr. Ranbir will be at their behavioural best to her as she will be mistaken as Diya’s mother.
