After Kirtida, three more actors quit Life OK’s Piya Rangrezz

It seems that the cast of Life OK’s daily, Piya Rangrezz (Sphereorigins) is on a mass-quitting spree.

Recently, the reports of the Kirtida Mistry, the lead of the daily, quitting the daily hit the media. Reportedly, the lady was not comfortable playing the role of the mother of 25 years old kid, hence, the decision.

And now, post Kirtida’s exit, we hear that few other prominent actors of the show including Rehan Sayed (Sumer), Shalu Shreya (Gajra) and Prabhjeet Kaur (Sunheri), will also bid goodbye to the show.

When contacted, confirming the development, Rehan commented, “Well, even I am not prepared to essay the role of the father of a 25 years old kid. And when I discussed the issue with the makers, even they agreed to our point. Hence, it was a mutual decision on our part”.

Echoing his thoughts, Prabhjeet mentioned, “I believe it won’t look convincing enough if we portray the parents of grown up kids. Hence it was an amicable settlement from both actors and producers. Currently we are busy shooting for the few last sequences in Piya Rangrezz”.

Even the cute, young lady Shalu shared similar thoughts.

A source associated with the series revealed, “On 14 December, the makers will showcase a Maha episode, wherein most of the family members will face tragic death. Post the incident, Piya Rangrezz will take a leap of 25 years and Gaurav S. Bajaj will return to the show as Sher (Gaurav S. Bajaj) and Shraddha’s (Kirtida Mistry) son. Though this track has not yet been finalized, in all probabilities the makers and the channel are set to give a positive nod to this development”.
