Slot shift: Life OK’s Comedy Classes to now air on weekends

Popular comedy show, Comedy Classes (Optimystix) on Life OK is all set to witness some changes in the time slot.

Comedy Classes, which earlier used to telecast at 10 PM on weekdays for half an hour, will now be aired during the weekend slot for an hour from 8 – 9 PM.

Confirming the development actress turned comedian Purbi Joshi, who is an integral part of the series, stated, “The channel was keen on experimenting with its weekend slot. With the makers agreeing with the channel’s decision, the programme shifted from its original slot to the weekend slot. As all comedy shows on other GEC’s are doing really well on Saturday and Sunday, the makers are open to give a try to a new time space”.

“And personally I feel our audience will also welcome this new, refreshing change. It is very much obvious that they can enjoy some light hearted projects in a holiday mood. Hence, weekend slot is just apt for our venture”, added Purbi.

The viewers will be able to enjoy this new change from 12 December onwards.

With, Comedy Classes shifting to weekend slot, Savdhan India, has taken the vacant slot at 10 PM.
