Kapil Soni to feature in an episodic of Code Red

Colors’ show Code Red (Sunshine Rise Productions), which has been churning out stories based on real life incidents, is currently focusing on the issue of protection and welfare of children.

And one such story will be about a young boy, who will fall victim of child abuse. And we hear that talented actor Kapil Soni of Hitler Didi fame has been roped in to essay role of the father of that kid.

Entitled as ‘Sick Child’ this particular sequence will be about a boy of working parents, who mostly would stay under the guidance of domestic help. But unknown to others he will be mistreated by someone close to him and will fall victim of abuse.

When we contacted Kapil, he confirmed the development and mentioned, “I will be essaying the role of the child’s father, Sanjeev. Earlier as well I have done many episodes for Code Red and this time again I am much excited to work for this. This episode will wonderfully narrate how sometimes societal negligence can actually turn harmful for the children.”

The episode has been shot already and will be telecast soon.
