The Episode starts with Saraswati asking Kabir to decorate the house, as its Chandra’s engagement. Everyone is upset. Saraswati says I m troubling everyone here, but Chandra told me I have to tell you all if I want anything. She asks Vidyachatur did he invite guests and got puja items. He says yes. She says everything should be done well, its my son’ engagement, decorate well. She says she will sit now, as she got tired. Badimaa makes her sit. Saraswati changes her clothes and comes in the living room. The house is well decorated and everyone is very upset. She says Ganpati ji should not be kept in engagement, but I like him, so we will first do his puja, then engagement. She asks where is the diya. Everyone looks on.

She asks Badimaa to get the diya. Badimaa says she will bring it. Badimaa looks for diya. Kumud gives it to Badimaa and cries. Danny consoles Guniyal. She cries and says she can’t see all this. Danny says enough Kaki and cries himself. Aarti walks in with Anushka. Saraswati is glad seeing her. Kumud looks on crying and sees Saras coming. She thinks of his words. Everyone look at Saras. Saraswati is glad and takes him to Aarti. She says she is very happy. Saras looks at the Ganesh idol and prays to get a way to stop this engagement doing anything. Badimaa also prays the same. Kumud prays she can’t live without Saras, and even he can’t, but she accepts Lord’s decision.

Saraswati asks them to exchange rings as mahurat will pass by. She asks Aarti did she get the ring. She says yes. Saras takes his hands back. Saraswati gives them the rings. Everyone look on shocked. Saras looks at Badimaa signing no and gets tears in his eyes. Aarti takes the ring to make him wear it. Saraswati asks him to show his hand, give ahead. Saras thinks of his engagement with Kumud. He shows his hand and she asks whose ring is this. She asks him to remove it, and tries to remove it. Saras takes the ring. She asks him to keep it.

Saras looks at Kumud. She signs him yes and cries. He looks at the Lord and thinks he can’t wear any other ring, help me Lord. Much air blows and the diya goes off. Everyone is shocked. Saraswati asks Badimaa to light all diyas again. Badimaa says yes. Saraswati asks Saras to wear the ring now. Saras gets an idea and puts his hand on diya fire. Badimaa sees it and is shocked. She says Saras. Kumud is shocked and says Saras………………. Saras stops and moves his hand. Saraswati sees Saras’ hand burnt and gets afraid. Saras looks at Kumud. Everyone looks on shocked.

Saras says he is fine. Saraswati says no, its burnt a lot, how did it get burnt. She blows on his hand. He says don’t know. She says no engagement now. Everyone is glad. Saras thanks the Lord. Aarti gets upset. Badimaa thinks Lord has blessed Saras and Kumud. Aarti thinks there won’t be engagement now. Saraswati says direct marriage now, everyone is shocked again. Aarti smiles. Saras cries.

Precap:
Kumud asks Saras why did he burn his hand. He says I told you I won’t wear ring of anyone else’ name, don’t say this is because of you. She says Maa said now marriage will happen directly, this is the truth. He says its not the truth, the truth is Saras and Kumud’s love.

    This serial still in the top 10 serials watched by the youth. Actually except for the perfect, tantalizing and sizzling chemistry offered by Saras & Kumud this show does nothave anything else to watch. Thats the only reason why the fans are always clamoring for more and more romance, hug etc of Saras and kumud. In my opinion thats the only factor which brings the TRP for this show and also for its huge success in UK, Canada and now in Middle East. People in Middle east countries are great fans of Bollywood actors. Its needless to say that they will definitely like the etheral beauty of Jennifer and suave,romantic and very handsome hunk Gautam. Besides their pair is just perfect in all aspects..of beauty.

    Still they thought of killing Saras (unbelievable) and now giving both of them (as gud as killing them) a hard time with this dirty track.

    Hope both Gautam & Jennifer remain sane, without loosing their mental stability till the end of this show. Wish them good luck.

    Do this cvs got a brain???? how can they portray characters like this? Too much overdose of Saraswati, sometimes she has amnesia that too partial only, sometimes partial sense. Quite boring. I just wonder how Gautam and all the other actors can act with such a story. I feel pity for them. Don’t they feel like laughing reading the script?????? Poor people.

    Just watch and learn from each episode of Yeh hai Mohabatein…how they bring out comedy and story together

    It really makes me mad and sad just thinking about Arti getting married to Saras. I am disgusted with Arti and can’t possibly imagine her being with our Saras. What irritates me is how Saraswati loves Arti and is forcing her on Saras. No one is excited for the wedding and neither are they happy with it. The family is just as shocked and pained as we are. That was sad how Kumud gave Badimaa the diya with a fake smile on her face. Kumud, you can smile as much as you want to, but we all understand what you are going through, how you feel, and we all feel bad for you. 🙁 That was sweet how Danny consoled Guniyal when she was crying. All of us SaMudians feel like crying and reacting the same way. 🙁 It was really touching and emotional when Saras walked down the stairs towards Kumud with a pained and sad face. Gautam and Jennifer’s expressions were perfect in this scene and their feelings were evident in their eyes. It was so sad how Saraswati ran in between them and Kumud had to hide. 🙁 It was hard watching Saras and Arti’s engagement, but luckily it didn’t happen. Good job and hats off to Saras. Although he hurt himself by burning his hand, he made a sacrifice for Kumud and their relationship. I am proud of him for not losing hope. 🙂 The part that made me really sad was when Saraswati pulled off Kumud’s ring from Saras’ hand and was about to throw it. Gautam’s expressions were flawless in this scene. You could see the pain in his eyes. 🙁 Thanks to SaMud and Badimaa’s praying God gave Saras a sign by blowing out the candles. 🙂 His idea worked and brought smiles to everyone’s faces, expect Arti of course. But now Arti wants Saras and Arti to get married directly, which also isn’t good. Poor SaMud…but I am sure they will overcome this obstacle very soon! 🙂

    The precap looks very promising as long as there aren’t BDs! I love SaMud love scenes especially when Saras pacifies Kumud and gives her hope and faith. Saras has full confident that he won’t have to get married to Arti and their love will win. I agree with Saras when he said the truth is SaMud’s love story! #SaMud4Ever
