Rajendra Gupta to don a ‘younger’ look in SAB TV’s Chidiya Ghar

SAB TV’s Chidiya Ghar (Garima Productions) has been churning out some unique tracks these days.

While we saw how Mama fooled Gadha Prasad (Jitu Shivhare) by gifting him a chemical which would have made him lose his memory and drive him insane, Gadha fed the same to Babuji (Rajendra Gupta).

The coming episodes will showcase how Mama would be taught a lesson by Gaumukh (Sumit Arora)and Ghotak (Paresh Ganatra) where they would mix the same chemical in his tea pot.

Said Jitu aka Gadha Prasad, “I am currently shooting for a movie where I essay the role of a professor who teaches acting. I do not know about the episodes which are scheduled for telecast. However, it would be interesting to watch how Mama behaves post consuming the chemical.”

In another story which is set to unfold on the show, Babuji will be seen recollecting an incident which happened during his younger days. The story will showcase a flashback sequence where Rajendra Gupta would be seen charming the audience as the young Kesari Narayan (Babuji).

We tried contacting Rajendra on playing a young man in the show but he remained unavailable for comment.

On contacting Paresh Ganatra, he said, “The upcoming track will bring in mixed emotions where the viewers will not only laugh but also indulge in the emotions of the circumstances featured in the telecast. I am sure the viewers would enjoy the story and hence I do not want to give away the premise, but yes the story will focus on Babuji.”
