Sunil Grover re-enters Comedy Nights.. in a different avatar!

Popular comedian Sunil Grover will be seen playing father in law of Kapil Sharma after his comeback in the show.

With the controversial exit of Sunil Grover from the much loved show Comedy Nights with Kapil on Colors in October 2013 due to some creative differences, the speculations were rife that the ace comedian would make a comeback to the show. Even though he left the show he remained friends with Kapil Sharma. Sunil then went on to do another comedy show on Star Plus titled as Mad In India, which could not meet the audiences’ expectation and fell flat within days. The show failed miserably to acquire the desired TRPs and had to be called off.

Sunil has been making the headlines from long regarding his come back on the show who gave him the fame of Gutthi, talks were going on about Sunil’s re-entery Comedy Nights with Kapil but nothing was been finalized.

But if the sources are to be believed then, Sunil has finally decided to re-enter ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil.’

According to the sources, “Sunil will not be playing the famous role of ‘Gutthi’ but will be seen playing the role of Kapil’s father-in-law in the show. In his entry episode he will be seen as Manju’s (Sumona Chakravarti) father. Over the time, he will be seen donning different avatars.”

As luck favors a person, Sunil Grover had to return on the show ‘CNWK’ post his show Mad In India ended and this time he will be seen in a new avatar.

We hope people accept him the way they did when he played ‘Gutthi’.
