Channel V’s Jhalli Anjali and Yeh Jawani to go tri-weekly from 21 July

Good news for the fans of Jhalli Anjali Ke Tootey Dil Ki Amazing Story (Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd) and Yeh Jawani Ta Ra Ri Ri (Bolt Media) on Channel V. Both the shows that have been entertaining you twice a week are all set to go tri-weekly from 21 July (2014).

With the popular show Paanch airing its last episode on 19 July the slot was left open on Wednesday and Thursday. Thus Jhalli Anjali that was initially being aired on Mondays-Tuesdays will also beam on Wednesdays. On the other hand Yeh Jawani will be on air from Thursday to Saturday.

The decision of the channel has been passed on to the respective production houses and both, as per sources, have whole heartedly accepted the decision.

Talking on the same Lavanya Anand, Creative Head Channel V shared, “We were really happy with the success of Jhalli Anjali and Yeh Jawani it was only feasible to let both shows flourish further. Also we are still working on new shows so it only made sense to let viewers get enough time to connect to Yeh Jawani and Jhalli Anjali.”

Producer Srishti Arya (Jhalli Anjali) averred, “We are really happy and excited with the decision. The show is doing really well and we are sure the fans would also lap up this development.”

Yeh Jawani producer Vaibhav Modi remained available for comment.
