Rainy season for me is:
Romance! Rains give me the feel of love and romance.
Precautions that I take during monsoon:
I avoid having street food. I do not eat anything from outside and also I make sure that I carry my drinking water from home.
My memories related to Monsoons:
Yes I have one really amazing memory associated with monsoon. All of us had been to Mussoorie from Dehradhun from college. We had been for a trek and all of us did not expect that it would rain. All of a sudden it started raining like cats and dogs. Till then it was already 7pm – 8pm in the evening and we were unable to see anything. At a point I actually felt that these dark clouds were exactly above us and can burst anytime. We were totally drenched but were left with no option because we had to walk down till our hotel.
My favorite visit during Monsoon:
I love visiting Lonavala during Monsoon and also Panchgini; eating strawberries and getting wet in the rains are the major two things that I do when I am at Panchgini (Laughs).
Must carry things in Monsoon:
An Umbrella is a must. Besides umbrella, I also carry an extra pair of clothes and footwear.
My Monsoon music:
Since rains remind me of love and romance, I definitely love listening to romantic music. Top on my list these days are Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2, Kabhi Jo Badal Barse from Jackpot , Abhi Abhi from Jism 2 and recent favorite is Aaj Fir Tumpe Pyaar from Hate Story 2.
My Monsoon special Khaana:
I crave for Maggie during monsoons.
My Monsoon tip for the readers:
Roads get wet and extremely slippery during monsoons. So my only tip to all the readers is that all of you who are driving, please drive safely and cautiously. Two-wheeler riders kindly use helmet and do not get stuck in the flood.
