From the mustard fields of Punjab to the busy lanes of Delhi — Star Plus’s Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera has given viewers a real feel of the show, shooting at real locations to be in sync with the storyline.
The latest for all Veera (Digangana Suryavanshi) fans is the picture perfect acreage of Poland where the crew has filmed a very crucial sequence that marked the entry of Nihal and the start of romance between Veera and Baldev (Vishal Vashishtha).
The team has returned to Mumbai post a 10 day long outdoor schedule where they shot across various breath-taking locations such as Krakow, Pieniny, Church of Virgin Marry, Lover’s Bridge and many other tourist places. The highlight of the international shoot was also a first time ever showcase of Poland’s folk festival – Kupala Night which is a joyous celebrations of fire, water, the Sun and the Moon, bumper crops, fertility and love.
Talking about her experience while shooting in Poland, Digangna Suryavanshi aka Veera says,”Poland is a beautiful country and it has been a wonderful trip. We’ve shot against the backdrop of some of Poland’s most iconic tourist attractions. People there are extremely humble and supportive; we in fact shot for one of the trademark festivals known as Kupala Night.”
Vishal Vashishtha, who plays the role of Baldev, added, “It was a great experience to shoot in Poland. Apart from authenticity, outdoor locations bring a fresh look, add to the flavour and break the monotony. We got excellent cooperation from the Polish ministry of tourism and people of Poland.”
As per the current storyline, Veera and Baldev were in Poland to know more about the new farming techniques and ideas so that they could implement the methodology in Punjab and also get the required grants from the government. During their visit, Veera also comes across Nihal (Kapil Nirmal) who has been living his life far away from the Pindh after being rebuked by Ranvi (Shivin Narang) and Ratan (Sneha Waqh) years ago.
