Amrin Chakkiwala joins the new Pakistani family in Colors’ Uttaran
The popular Colors show, Uttaran produced by FilmFarm India, seems to be adding quite a lot of spice to the upcoming track with the entry of the new Pakistani family. Our readers would be aware of reporting about Krip Suri, Samiksha Bhatnagar, Rakesh Pandey, Charu Rohatgi, Mansi Sharma and Sahil Phull being roped in as part of the new family. The list now gets longer with the addition of actress Amrin Chakkiwala into the thick of things.
Amrin, who was last seen essaying the role of Soumya in Balaji Telefilms’ Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, will be playing the youngest daughter in the family. She will be sister to Asgar (Krip Suri) and Ashfaque (Sahil Phull).
A source states, “Amrin will play the character of Nusrat. She will be an extremely positive character, and will be upbeat in life. With Meethi (Tina Dutta) staying in this new family, Nusrat and Meethi will go on to have a great equation with each other. Nusrat will be like Meethi’s best buddy and confidante.”
When contacted, Amrin, who has earlier been part of Banoon Main Teri Dulhann and Beend Banoonga Ghodi Chadhunga, confirmed this piece of news saying, “Yes, I will soon be entering Uttaran. However, I have no information on my role and track.”
Loyal viewers of Uttaran – get ready for a fresh new track.
