Ek Mutthi Aasman 16th May 2014 Written Episode
Scene 1
Kamla is making the food. Vitthal comes and says he will make it. They start cooking together. Kalpi checks Kamla hand. She says i will make it you are not fine yet. Kamla says I am fine. She takes her to sofa and says do you want tea ? Manda comes up with breakfast. She says I have brought tea. Manda says I though how will you eat ypu must be upset so I came here. Pakiya says go manda tai. Manda says I knew it much before that Raghav will marry Pakhi. She is so pretty and rich like Raghav. Nettu always wanted that too. I used to wonder why he came here. So he came here to make a second girlfriend. They make more than one GF’s but marry one. I saw Kalpana and Raghav at the terrace. Pakiya kicks her out. Maanda shouts and says no one will marry her. She is the rejected one. Manda tells other neighbours that they threw her out she brought breakfast for them.
Kamla says don’t worry kalpi. Pakiya says I will kill Raghav. He flirted with my sister and married pakhi for money. Kalpi says Raghav doesn’t love Pakhi. She says yes thats the truth. He has not married her for money. Kamla asks how you know that ? Pakiya says he is making you fool. Kalpi says no he wanna take revenge of his dad’s death from pakhi’s parents. He told me everything that night. He met his mom a few days ago. He didn’t know that she was still alive. When he came to know that Nettu and Sahil killed his dad. He went and married pakhi. Kamla says he spoiled pakhi’s life too. She says her heart is broken let me call her. Vitthal stops her and says this is too much. Kalpi is the one who needs you. Pakhi has her parents. kalpi doesn’t have anyone but you.
Sceen 2
Gauri is going through the childhood pictures of Raghav. Raghav brings her coffee. She says do you know when you were young your dad used to act like a kid. He used to tease me like you. He alwasy loved you more than i did. He used to say that when he will grow up people will look up to us. I will be proud of him. He saw so many dreams for you. Thats why he left his property for you. But look how things changed you had a mom but you were orphan. Your dad couldn’t see you growing up. This all has happened because of sahil. He projected me characterless, tried to kill me and destroyed my house. Raghav says now their dreams will be shattered. If someone will pay then it will be his family. We will take revenge of all they did to us. Lets go with me. Gauri asks where ? He says there are some old things that need to be cleared.
Scene 3
Pakhi is hopelessly in tears. Nettu is smiling. Sahil asks Pakhi hasn’t woken up ? She says no. Maybe she is up but they haven’t come out. Nettu says let me bring her the coffee. Sahil says no leave them alone. Remember on our golden night we didn’t come out of room for two days.
Kalpi finds a rose besides her bed. She recalls when Raghav gave her that artificial rose and said my love in it is real. it will stay alive forever. Kalpi says your love was fake like this flower. Kamla is about to come but she sees kalpi and stops at the doorstep.
Nettu looks for manda but she hasn’t come yet. Nettu takes the paper from door and is about to close it when Raghav stops her. nettu says what are you doing here I though you’d be in the room. Well come on come in. Gauri is behind her. Nettu is so shocked. Raghav says come in maa. He takes her in. Gauri is holding some painting. Sahil is dazed to see Gauri there. Raghav says you haven’t met her i guess. She is Gauri Singhaniya. The new owner of this house and Kapoor constructors. Gauri asks where will i place this photo ? He says where ever you want. Its your house. She goes and takes off a family photo of Kapoors and throws in on the floor. She places her own family photo there. Nettu and sahil can’t believe it. She steps on their photo on the floor. Gauri says what are these two doing here ? When I am the owner i will decide who is gonna live here. Raghav says Mr and Mrs Kapoor I really wanna trow you out in the clothes you are wearing but i am your son in law. Take out your stuff and leave this house. Hand over the keys to new owner of this house. Sahil says what about this wedding ? Raghav says I just married your daughter to take revenge of what you did to us. You killed my dad and destroyed us. You made me an orphan.
You tried to kill my mom. You made her homeless. I thought she is the one who is wrong. I will take everything from you just like you did to us. Come on, bring the keys and give them to my mom. Nettu says you are son in law how can you do it to us. Gauri says you have done much more than that. You finished us. Nettu says this lady is responsible for everything. Just get lost from my home. Gauri slaps her and says not fate will slap you all. Bear with this and get used to it. I guess you have forgotten everything i remember everything. Remember how you separated me and my husband and killed him. You took over our business. You must have forgotten but me and my son will never forget it. Should be thankful that he is giving you some respect. Before i do something else just leav. Nettu says I know we made mistakes Gauri jee. You are not like us i know. Can’t you forgive us. Raghav says you are really cunning and still not leaving it. Raghav and Gauri sit on the sofa. Raghav says you will never change. Now go an get my mom they keys.
PRECAP- Kamla goes to temple and says please help me God for my daughters. I wanna get thme justice. The strings she is praying on, fly with the wind.

May 19, 07:36Was just checking out one of EMAs fb pages, seeing all those wonderful pictures and reading comments and poses etc,
I really admire Rachna as an actress, her facial expressions and body language is just perfect, when she is portraying Kalpi as happy, she just glows with happiness and you just can’t help but feel her happiness, similarly when she is sad, her eyes reflect her sadness and heartfelt emotions and you can help but cry with her.
So to Vittal and Kamla.
There was mention about a Neetu, she is cute and funny, yes, and well dressed too. I love her saris, the way she says her lines even if you are damn angry at her, one can’t help but smile at the way she says it and her expressions and body language.

But truly, I’m not bias in comments against the actors. I assess the storyline in all fairness to everyone and because it is about who I like or dislike a character. I agree with everything you said about Neetu. Like her facial expressions and how she says “pooka”. Lol. I will write tonight after seeing the episode. And I’m so much look g forward to reading everyone’s comments. Hope to see something from Fuzee and Sammy. Missed them on the last episode.

May 19, 06:31Just wanted to share something I’ve noticed in all these serials, the wrongdoers, the ones who do all the evil are not really give due punishment, they are usually let off too lightly, if they go to jail, they usually come back out in no time at all and of tinge with their evil acts, they are forgiven or just disappear altogether.
Very rarely if at all you actually enjoy seeing them get punished and suffer the consequences of their evil acts upon others.
I really want to see Neetu and Sahil live the life of paupers, living in a little one room kitchen worst than Kamlas, having to fetch water at the common pipe or well, do domestic chores for a living etc.
Wonder if we gonna see this happen.
Oh don’t get me wrong I am not evil, but want to see the evil punished because in all these serials seems like evil acts gets one good living and goodness does not pay.

May 18, 23:39Hi all. Was anyone getting any trouble accessing this website at any time? For the longest while I was trying to get access and instead of the usual features showing up I was seeing a blank screen telling me that I needed to install something to do with WordPress and something about Xcache. I honestly didn’t understand. It sent me around the world trying to resolve it. I followed another set of instructions and finally managed to get my usual access. It’s really odd! Anyone had this problem?
I checked and it said that desitvbox is hosted by WordPress and …the rest was gibberish to me. Anyway I’m glad I can access the site now and communicate with you guys. Was worried there for a while. Will wait until tomorrow to see if I have this problem again in accessing this website. If you don’t see anything from me it means that I am getting some problems and trying to work it out. If not, I will send a message. I think I should acceSs the site without problems. Will see. Bye for now.

I think they r getting too much comments from us. Lol. I’m so happy when I got it back. I was like m I facing disappointment s like kalpi too lol . May 19, 09:22I hope there is any issue with the site that the tech people/website people at desitvbox send us an email as they would have our email addresses to notify us of anything they plan to do or implement. And some easy-to-follow instructions too. And if they can give us advance notice then that would be good as it helps us to put things in place and not panic when we can’t access the website. I do think that desitvbox is a really good website and allows for some very good forums of expressions. I commend for this. The guys there are neat and organized. I was able to view all previous episodes on desitvbox easily and to read about the episodes with such ease. It is by far the best website that is easy to use when it comes to commenting and to see and recap all the episodes. Come to think if it, I can go back to any episode and look at it and then comment. It is really like a research book.
SO TO THE PEOPLE AT DESITVBOX, I LOVE YOUR WEBSITE AND THE SERVICE YOU OFFER TO THE VIEWERS. I will certainly recommend to the website to others. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
By the way, I like it here at desitvbox a lot. I tried to access other sites for a while and people there sent me all over the globe clicking here and clicking the genre for info and Pictures and without thinking I did and now my computer got an virus from some strange site I clicked on. Oh bother!!!! Getting it fixed today so I can comment tonight.
Love you guys at desitvbox. You know what will help this website though? You putting the pictures in better write up. We love those. And perhaps you can create a picture gallery for EMA posting pictures from the cast and its making and pictures from the episodes. That would make your website FANTASTIC. Please do. That would be so awesome!!!

May 17, 19:07Oh, and yes, I also observed Vittal’s performance and his voice, it sounded so real, I thought OMG, he must be bringing such emotions from just reading the script and actually feeling for this character, he put himself 100% in the character, very impressive indeed, even kamla is superb, Kalpi is excellent,

May 17, 19:39Yes Kris I agree sahil need to improve on his expression he does not show any form of facial expressions of disappointment or shock of raghav actions. His looks r normal all the time. Compared to vithal he did a superb job even to his voice sounds a little differ with so much hurt n pain. His performance as a father is absolutely magnificent. Kamla performance is also great. Every happiness n sadness have an effect on their face. Their facial expressions is just fantastic.

May 17, 14:55I saw some lovely photos on fB on EMA and was thinking of sending some messages there as I really want to contact the writers and share some of these brilliant comments here on Desitvbox. Will see how this works out however. Today I signed up on twitter and “followed” Aashish. I sent him a few message directing him and the creators of EMA to all the comments on desitvbox, just in case they miss this site. The comments here are so valuable and will really help them keep on track if they are keen enough to read them. As for this individual called Pandawep….which Sweety mentioned…..I would be careful with her. The reason being I’ve seen many fans contacting her and honestly I don’t like the discussions playing out between her and the fans. I think the individual may be a busy woman who still tries to answers fans but at times it seems to get to her and the tweets come across as discourteous. I guess this is because of fans emotional reaction to the serial, which I understand quite well. Then at times tweets from Pandaweep are confusing and discouraging, which all the more heats up an already emotionally charged EMA fan base. Such exchanges could be injurious to the show of EMA if viewers stop watching, thinking the serial will not deliver what they want.
I don’t mind following Pandaweep ( sorry if I have her name incorrect, think she is the creative head of EMA) but for me that would not be for now. You guys can do it if you like. Maybe it might be different with you guys. I have decided not to follow her for the reasons expressed above. What I do want however is to get direct contact with writers just to share some valuable points as have been expressed on this website. Such comments are constructive and insightful and will help them stay on track with the serial and will help to strengthen EMA. I’m not so much now into emotional outbursts as before (lol) as it doesn’t really help the serial. And besides serials are expected to have such impact on viewers. I want to contact writers or the creators to share helpful observations and constructive criticisms, strong points and weaknesses so they can deliver even better episodes.
That’s why I sent Aashish a tweet today directing him and the creators to this website. Haven’t got an answer yet, but hope they do read the comments. And if you guys know of a way we can contact the writers and creators, even if they don’t reply, as long as they read the comments, then that would be good. I so badly want to contact them or have them read the comments on this site which you guys have so much thought and analysis into. Let’s see if there are some ideas of how we can reach the EMA team to share these comments on whichever social media they prefer. I’m up for it.

May 17, 14:27Sweety…Vitthal’s voice modulation is EXCELLENT. I heard people commenting the same as they watch his performance. How does he do that? He comes over as so real with real emotions in his voice. Not many actors can do that. When I watched Paaki scene on the wedding night, Paaki failed to deliver on such intensity as Vitthal did on the wedding night. I cried just watching Vitthal portrayed a broken father. His action was equally and POWERFULLY matched by his voice modulation. As a viewer you FEEL that pain in the VOICE rather than just see it in actions.

Some points that stick out are:
1) Vitthal being both father and mother to Kalpi. That point is very true. He actually spent. More time with her, and Pakiya too, when they were growing up, while Kamla worked for the Kapoors “pampering” Pakhi. Even back then Kalpi got her mothers “left over” love. First was Pakhi then came Kalpi. Kamla’s relationship with Pakhi was unnaturally close. Vithal filled in where Kamla fell short and still does.
2) Neetu and Kamla giving Pakhi what the other couldn’t. Kamla gave her all the love and attention while with neetu came the wealth and attitude.

May 17, 11:21Devya, you made an interesting observation which is making me ponder and looking at how the writers deal with it. Each character- Raghav, kalpi and paaki – asked the one question: what is my fault in all of this? Kalpi for being hurt, Raghav for what the Kapoors did to him, and paaki for the revenge. Interesting. I wonder what the writers will bring out on this important question. It’s worth thinking upon.
And another excellent observation you made Devya is Manda’s reaction when she turns up at the Kapoors only to get the shock of her life. Writers …admittedly…you are making this story interesting. Manda’s said some hurtful and poisonous words to kalpi and the Yadhav last night, and about Raghav liking pAaki… Wait until she sees what’s going on at the Kapoors house when she turns up. I hope she goes back to the chawl shamed face and tattle what she sees: that the Kapoors are out, and Gauri who she incited the chawl dwellers to through out is actually MISTRESS ( what’s that indian word for it ? “Malkin” ? ) and OWNER of the tenement. And that same woman is Raghav’s mum and is now a woman of great power, influence and prestige. Can’t wait to see Manda’s face. I HOPE she goes back and tell the others at the chawl. What a Tattletale and Busybody!!

I don’t know how manda will react to the shock of knowing neetu May have to join her in the chowl. N gouri is the owner of everything. Manda KNOWS gouri dint like het either. So I think very interesting episodes is coming up to erased our anger against raghav. N just give him our moral support to deal WITH kapoors n bring justice to himself n the yadhav.

May 17, 09:44Very good thoughts here Anonymous. Very good thoughts. I agree completely. Paaki may appear to get everything for a while but time is about to change that. She’s about to lose everything. I will say this much: I still don’t pity her. Look at her carefully, despite the upbringing by the moral-minded Kamla, what traits does Paaki have to show is a really good person? She has more attitudes and traits like Neetu. Look at it carefully. Paaki is self-centred and Neetu may not have been a good mother attention-wise, but still Neetu didn’t treat Paaki with contempt or deprived her. So Paaki got TWO mothers: one who gave her love and nurturing and another who gave her every material happiness. She is the better girl.
And Kalpi? She got neither. Kamla never gave her a mother’s love neither any material things. Everything that Kalpi has from a pen to her true love Paaki snatched (well the latter only for now. She can keep the pen). Yet despite the deprivation and hurt on so many fronts, Kalpi still showed love and respect to her mum, unlike Paaki and is a much better human being. She is never selfish or want what others have. She is contented. Apart from Vitthal, Raghav is the ONLY one who sees all of this about Kalpi. Writers, we are looking and analysing what you are portraying. THat paves the way for RAGNA to unite as he is the one to fulfill all her dreams, not because he is rich but because he UNDERSTANDS everything about Kalpi, her life, her dreams, her desires, her ambitions. This this came out when he went to fix her exam

May 17, 11:07I think Vitthal will realise later that no matter how much love and happiness they shower Kalpi with there will still be someone special missing from her life and that is Raghav. I think that is when he’ll decide to let them continue their relationship.

I have read all the comments below, and all are beautifully said, your views are really worth reading, as someone so rightly said the comments in the page makes it interesting. Very intelligent comments I must say.
Haven’t heard from Sammy on this episode.
Paki thinks that because she is rich and fair, Raghav will automatically fall in love with her, since Kalpi is dark skinned, lives in chawl, Raghav would not give her a second look. That is why she think that Smmy is the one for Kalpi.
She is so shallow in her thinking that she cannot see that rich can marry poor. That `Poor people also have the same feelings like rich. That poor can be highly educated and get good jobs, reach high positions etc.
This shallow thinking comes from her parents. And I suppose people like them in general. Where they think that a servant’s child must grow up to be servants. That’s also how Neetu treated Kalpi, she wanted that she grow up to be just like Kamla, working in people’s house. But as this show is to highlight what people like Kamla want for their children.
They work, sacrifice, mortgage their time so that their children get a good education and not remain in the same rut like themselves.
This is what Kamla has done, but people like the Kapoors, still cannot see that Kamla daughter is more educated and of course practical and not shallow like Paki. she works hard for what she is to achieve, unlike Paki, getting everything that she wants, even topping her exams because her mother tampered with it and making Kalpi fail and look like she tried to bribe for the review.
I just hope Paki leaves that house and not live in the same one as Raghav, she should also go away after the hurt and betrayal she felt. So there will be no room for her to redeem herself in front of Raghav and Gaurie.
I don’t want Raghav to get close to Paki, he should always and forever be committed to his love and attention towards Kalpi.

If Pakhi leaves that house where are the possible places she will go…only by Kamla’s house I think. I have a feeling they might allow her to stay in the same house as Raghav. I think he will avoid interacting with her as he already told Sahil and Neetu why he married Pakhi. I hope she doesn’t try to win his love because she knows he loves Kalpi.

But kalpi is a far more intelligent cultured simple discipline girl than her. N kalpi is living in reality she doesn’t get excited over anything. She take her own sweet time to reciprocate to raghav love. She transformed raghav. She related to him the differences between their status she didn’t jump to the opportunity as soon as raghav declared his love. He really had to convinced her before she gives in. So there is s lot if difference between kalpi n pakhi.

May 17, 02:12If we have to analyse Pakhi (going back to when she was a baby) I wonder what we would make of her.
When the priest held Pakhi in his arms when she was a baby of just a few days he said she would get everything she wanted. Looking back at her life we have to agree that she did get everything she ever wanted including Kamla’s love. She wanted Raghav and got him too (for a short time). She took two very important people away from Kalpi. She was so engrossed in her own life that she didn’t worry about how this affected Kalpi. She always demanded Kamla’s time and attentioon. Why didn’t she expose her mother for what she did to Kalpi’s exam results. If she loved and respected Kamla so much she would have spared her the emotional trauma, and Kalpi the shame and heartache. She came to Kamlas house after her wedding but didn’t ask about their daughter who was stood up. Her “wailing and gnashing of teeth” now is because for once in her pampered life she is second best. Someone doesn’t love her and has used her to get to a bigger price. No one can say Neetu didn’t give her any attention for Neetu tried but was pushed away by Pakhi. There are people whose mothers have done worse thinks, like give them up for adoption etc, but they will still love them because that is a bond between mother and child.
Woe is Pakhi, someone has used her for a change and snatched her happiness away from her ever grasping hands. She can’t have something/someone she wants. All the money in the world can’t buy her the love of this man.I believe that Pakhi is as much to blame for Kalpis loss of her mothers attention as Kamla herself was.
Will Kalpi help Raghav to attain his goal. After all she herself wanted to get even with the Kapoors for her own family dramas. It would be excellent and very fitting if she did.

May 17, 06:14I agree that Pakhi and Kalpi care for each other to some degree. Their is no animosity between them, no fights etc. However, Pakhi has always been the reason kalpi didn’t recieve Kamla’s full attention. Granted she wanted Raghav, but she was so vain that she felt he only had eyes for her. Why not Kalpi or any other woman for that matter. She figured that all the time Kalpi and Raghav spent together were just work related, it was impossible for the duo to share any other reason for bbeing together. Realistically speaking, if a girl likes a guy she will try and get his attention and try to impress him etc, not just assume that because she likes him their feelings will be mutual and he would consider anyone else. To me, anyone thinking that way,is self centered and egotistical. They worked in such close proximity to each other, could she notice their behaviour towards each other. Did Raghav ever behave romantically with her???
Pakhi is a fairly decent person, no doubt about that, but she had her selfish side which those that fawned over her didn’t correct.
I want to see her change and start making sacrifices for others. True sacrifice is not giving out of your abundance (that’s easy to do), but to give what little you have and what’s dear to you, for the benefit of another being.

May 17, 06:48I’m also reminded of the pen Raghav gave Kalpi when they were kids and she treat it so preciouly. Pakhi saw it, wanted it and got it. Kamla didn’t say she can’t have it but asked Kalpi to let her have it. Pakhi wasn’t regarded as selfish for wanting something that wasn’t hers but Kalpi was thought to be selfish for not share!!!!!

Come on guys…and you guys still feel sorry for Paaki? With all these terrible people did to Kalpi and her family just because they are poor? And what about Paaki knowing what Neetu did to fail Kalpi and she said nothing? Nope. Still don’t feel sorry for Paaki. My heart goes out to Paaki getting sent to school whilst poor little Kalpi does their housework.
Raghav…you have lots of reason to give the Yadhav to justify why you chose revenge ahead of marriage. You did it not only for your family but also to avenge all the shame and insult Neetu, Sahil and even Paaki dished out to Vitthal, Kamla, Kalpi and Pakiya. Writers, please ensure you use this when Raghav explains his actions to the Yadhavs. Please. This is justice. As i think about this: I SUPPORT RAGHAV MORE IN THIS REVENGE. Shame on the Kapoors for how they treated the poor!!!

To classify the 2 of them. One was Brown skin in color,poor ,humble,contended,brilliant and cultured. On the opposite the other one was fair,rich,rude,compelling,demanding ,stubborn n thinks she is above anyone else. However as pakhi start maturing she didn’t possess much of Neetu traits. Even raghav had given her the higher position she was cooperating with kalpi they had a great relationship. And both asked raghav the same question. WHAT DID EACH DO THAT THEY R BEING PUNISHED. LIKE KALPI ASKED RAGHAV WHY IS HE PUNISHING PAKHI FIR HER PARENTS WRONG DOING. AND VICE VERSA PAKHI ASKED WHY HURT KALPI IN TJIS PROCESS OF REVENGE. I MEAN SHE STILL HAVE SOME FEELING IN HET HEART. But although she said those words to give up on raghav for kalpi to get him. I font think she will do that. The jealousy n owning of everything she wants is deep in her. So it may be a struggle. She was living in a fantasy world just dreaming of fairy tales story waiting fir Prince charming raghav to come. He did went but in a furious n serious manner. The Prince is takin away all her material happiness n her inner peace. She I’ll treats kalpi even when they had their first salary n they both naught gift for raghav she thought hers was better. Didn’t realized simple things matter more to HUMBLE n kind hearts people like raghav. Because she isn’t cultured n smart n intelligent she got caught up in the fantasy world.
It will be a hard life to go to poverty when she was living a luxurious life. From a mansion to god knows what or if lucky raghav May give her a room for protection.
I THINK it’s just an idea that raghav will sit in his quiet moments n r we reflect on his childhood n kalpi childhood n he will act to bring justification to kalpi n her parents
n have no concern or pity for the kapoors. It’s a big defeat for them but thinking back when the serial started to present kalpi really went thru tough times with neetu n Pakhi n she tolerated with no anger or hatred. But as a woman I think I get a little emotional seeing pakhi plight. But in reality she deserves to wake up from the slumber. Stop dreaming n face the cruelty of her parents wrong doing. Wish kalpi have a better life. Her childhood was tough. She truly deserved some happiness no more cry no more sorrow.
