The pretty actress Mansi Shrivastav who is seen playing the role of Shivani in Zee TV’s popular show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, feels that to stay fit walking is a must. She wants to join dance classes so that dancing will keep her fit.

What does fitness means to you? What is idea of fitness?
Fitness is about being healthy and you can be healthy with a proper food habit. If you are healthy you will not feel sleepy and will be active throughout. It is also very essential to take proper rest by taking at least 8 hours sleep.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
As an actor we don’t get ample of sleep so I prefer taking a nap during the free time on my sets. I want to join dance classes because dance helps you to maintain yourself and keep you fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No not at all as I told you that I am very fond of pizza which is so fattening food item.
Do you take protein supplements?
No I don’t take any protein supplement.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I used to play badminton in tournaments and table tennis.
A celebrity’s body you admire?
Deepika Padukone and in male I like Ranbir Kapoor’s body.
What is you fitness secret?
I try to sleep maximum, I drink lots of water and go for a walk daily.
A fitness tips for your fans?
I want to tell my fans that try to do physical exercises daily. If you cannot go to the gym or can’t go on walk then try to buy a tread mill and do run on it at home. Drink lots of water to maintain your body temperature and sleep well.
