The team of Veera highly elated on completing 400 episodes!
Star Plus’ popular show Veera successfully completes the journey of 400 episodes.
It’s a celebration time for Beyond Dreams’ popular show Veera which airs on Star Plus for completing the journey of 400 episodes.
The popular show which started off showcasing a story of a beautiful bond between a brother and sister featuring talented kids Bhavesh Bhalchandani and Harshita Ojha as the leads touched the hearts of the audience and made them hooked to the show. Now, as the show has taken a leap the child artist Ranvi and Veera are shown as grown up however, the show is still being loved by the audience and the entire team is very excited and rejoicing on completing 400 episodes.
On this joyous occasion, We spoke to the producer of the show Yash Patanaik to know about his feelings on achieving this milestone.
An elated Yash Patnaik told us, “It’s a fabulous feeling of completing 400 episodes today. We started off with a simple show portraying a simple relation of a brother sister. The main concept of the show is about an illegitimate child who is Veera and how she gets her due. Children are never illegitimate but it’s their parents who are illegitimate. We started off with the show with such a sensitive concept and a relation and now achieving 400 episodes sustaining the interest of the audience and growing is all together a wonderful feeling. We will get stronger and stronger. We have managed to make a show which has been critically acclaimed and popular too. It’s a very special show for me and Mamta.”
He further added, “When we were working on the leap, then a lot of people questioned me as why the show is taking a leap because the kids have set such a huge standard but I knew that the story will start post leap. A lot of new audiences have joined in apart from retaining the old ones. Not all the shows get bigger post the leap so it gives us a reason for double celebration.”
This achievement definitely calls for a celebration. When we quizzed Yash about it, he told us, “Currently an outdoor shoot is coming our way so we are creating a bank episodes for the same and recently Sadda Haq has completed 100 episodes, Main Naa Bhoolungi will soon be completing 100 episodes so we are thinking to celebrate 100 episodes of Sadda Haq and Main Naa Bhoolungi and 400 episodes of Veera together.”
So, what’s in store for the audiences of Veera in the forthcoming episodes? Yash shared, “The love story of Veera and Baldev has started and the story of Ranvi and Gunjan has also taken a new turn so along with all the drama, the love story of these four will be focused in the upcoming episodes. Good things are coming ahead in the show.”
We also spoke to the stars of Veera to know more about their feeling being a part of the show.
Shivin Narang, who essays the character of Ranvi says, “It’s been like 120 episodes for me and I didn’t even realized that when I completed 120 episodes being a part of the show. We all are just like a family on the sets. We all work together and enjoy our work and we feel good to be a part of such a respectable show which is getting good response from everywhere. I would like to thank everyone for accepting me.”
Farnaz Shetty, who plays the character of Gunjan says, “It’s a positive show and I feel really great, blessed and lucky to be a part of the show. It’s a very different show with its own beauty. As an actor, I have got to play with my character a lot. The entire team works like a family here.”
Sneha Wagh, who plays Ratan in the show, has been a part of the show since the beginning and she says, “The character of Ratan is not a simple character. It’s been a very challenging one to play as it’s a very complex character. Initially when the show started, my character was something else and when I got involved in my character, it again changed post the leap. I being me in real who is a verymastikhor was difficult to play this character. It is very challenging for me to play a mother of grown up kids who are of my similar age in real. I am enjoying playing my character and I am looking forward for the show to complete 500 episodes soon which will be a big milestone for us.”
We also tried contacting Vishal Vashishtha and Digangana Suryavanshi but they remained unavailable to comment.
The little ones Bhavesh and Harshita who gained immense popularity with their acting in portraying their respective characters, miss being a part of the show a lot. We also spoke to Bhavesh and Harshita on this occasion as they have also played a key role in this achievement.
Harshita Ojha who played younger Veera, told us, “I really miss everyone a lot and I wish I could get back to the show. I would like to say to my Veera team that you all are very nice people and I would like to say to my producer Yash sir that thanks for selecting me for such a good role.”
Bhavesh Balchandani, who played younger Ranvi, says, “They all are doing a great job. I always follow the show and the episodes are shown quite well. I miss them a lot because I had been a part of the show for around 1 and and a half year. I would really like to go back to the show as a kid of Ranvi.”
We wishes the entire team of Veera heartiest congratulations and best wishes for their upcoming episodes!
