Madhurima Tuli stages a comeback on television with Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya

We have been exclusively reporting about the addition to the cast of Ekta Kapoor’s Kumkum Bhagya on Zee TV.

After writing about Kamalika Guha Thakurta and Ankit Mohan being roped in to be part of Shabbir Ahluwalia’s family, we now have information on the gorgeous lass who will essay girlfriend of the rock star character portrayed by Shabbir.

Well, Madhurima Tuli, who was last seen in the 3D movie Warning, will stage a comeback on TV with this particular role in Kumkum Bhagya.

As we know, Madhurima started her career on TV with shows like Kasturi, Jhansi Ki Rani, Rang Badalti Odhani and Parichay. She has also been part of movies like Bachna Ae Haseeno, Toss, Kaalo, Kya Karein Kya Na Karein Cigarette Ki Tarah.

In Kumkum Bhagya, Madhurima will play a super model who will endorse big brands. She will have a love-life going with the popular rock star, essayed by Shabbir. They will be seen in a no commitment like relationship.

When contacted, Madhurima confirmed the news to us saying, “Yes, it is true that I am playing an important role in Kumkum Bhagya. I always wanted to play a super model, so I was glad to get this role. Also, I began my career on TV with Balaji Telefilms’ Kasturi. So it is a nice homecoming. After the movie Warning, this will be my return to TV.”

Madhurima will have a long-running role, is what we get to hear.
