This week, Halla Bol takes on the matter of stalking
This week Halla Bol (Red Dot Productions), Bindass’ latest show will be putting the spotlight on the subject of stalking. This latest offering from the channel will bring more power to women by narrating incidences from various true stories of abuse where the victims have emerged victorious. This episode will revolve around Divya, a 26 year old city girl who suddenly will realise that she is being stalked. She will be terrified by the idea of a stalker, until she would decide to put an end to it.
Divya will be a 26 year old independent girl who would live in Mumbai with her younger sister, Ahaana. Having lost their parents, Divya will look after Ahaana and they will stay together while Divya will manage and run her father’s bakery business.
She will also be learning kick boxing from her trainer, Raghav. Soon, Divya will start feeling that someone is stalking her; she will get roses outside her house on her birthday followed by blank calls. She will even feel that someone has been watching her constantly. Divya will get petrified by the thought of her stalker being around her all the time and realize that he knows her whereabouts through social networking sites. One day after a party, Divya will feel as if her stalker is in her house. Scared, she would call Raghav for help. And this is when she would realize that her stalker would be none other than her trainer, Raghav himself. He will threaten her to stay silent and eventually abduct Ahaana.
Divya then will decide to fight back, and take help of her friends to catch Raghav. She will use the same defense techniques that he had once taught her.This would seem like the last straw for Divya. She will make up her mind to not stay silent anymore and to fight back. Will Divya be able to get her sister back safely? Will she manage to teach Raghav a lesson?
