Gautam Rode: People should nurture good habits and stay away from alcohol

In a chat with us, the handsome and charming Gautam shares a few fitness tips.

Personal fitness mantra?

My personal fitness mantra is to eat healthy and workout hard.

Personal diet mantra?

My personal diet and fitness mantra are the same.

Are you a foodie?

No. I am not a foodie.

Exercise routine?

Since I shoot during the day, I make sure I workout for 45 minutes to an hour at night after I pack-up.

Are you a vegetarian or a non-veg?

I am a strict vegetarian.

Favourite cuisine?

I love having Mughlai food.

Favourite dish?

I love having paneer dishes along with rajma.

A must on your breakfast table?

Muesli, skimmed milk and oats are a must on my breakfast table.

Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee?

I have coffee that is mostly sugar-free.

Lunch generally consists of?

I have brown rice with dal, one green vegetable, white or black chhole and some salad.

Dinner generally consists of?

My dinner consists of sautéed vegetables, sprouts and dal.

Dessert delights?

I do not have any sweets or desserts.

My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)?

Protein shake would be my favourite non-alcoholic drink.

My favourite drink (alcoholic)?

I have never really tasted any alcoholic drink till today.

Most unusual dish I have tasted?

Since I am very safe when it comes to eating, there is no such unusual dish that I have tasted so far.

Experiment with food?

Not at all.

On the streets I love to have?

I do not eat street food.

Do you cook?

No.

Fitness tip?

I would like to advise people to nurture good habits, cultivate a right attitude and always be away from alcohol.
