I can either be very romantic or just let go off that feeling – Rafi Malik
Romancing someone on screen may be easy, but it surely must be a different feeling to express love in real life.
Well, we are talking about Rafi Malik who recently shot some romantic scenes in his show Desh Ki Beti Nandini (Rashmi Sharma Productions) on Sony Entertainment Television.
The young actor who is actually a very moody person when it comes to romancing in real life says, “I can either be very romantic or can just let go off that feeling altogether. For me romance will be having a girl by my side who is understanding and very caring in nature. Materialistic expressions shouldn’t be a prerequisite in love. Just holding hands and being there for each other is the kind of romance that attracts me; something that is selfless and devoid of expectations of fancy stuffs.”
And what about dancing on your date like Rajveer did recently? Smilingly he quips, “Oh! I being a complete dance-crazy guy will not miss a chance to shake a leg. I really had a fun time shooting for the dance sequence and in real life I am sure I’ll enjoy it more.”
With his character in the show being a pro on the piano, we wondered if he would play some musical instruments for his girl. “I can’t play any musical instruments in real life although I had classical music as a subject in school. Music for me also depends on my mood; so it can be slow sufi tunes, trance or peppy dance numbers according to situations and company,” avers Rafi.
On his idea of a perfect date, he shares, “Well if I had a girlfriend, I will like to take her to an island where both of us will have a great time all alone. Away from the world, I’ll like to have some sweet time alone with her.”
Now this definitely doesn’t look like an idea coming from an unromantic guy Rafi (wink wink)!
