I will never quit Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Ram Kapoor

Not every TV actor manages to garner the same amount of fame in films as much as they achieve on the small screen. But there is one actor who enjoys the best of both the worlds.

Yes, we are talking about the immensely popular Ram Kapoor who became the darling of TV with his portrayal as Mr Walia in Kasamh Se and more recently as Ram in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain (BALH) on Sony Entertainment Television.

Ram has been lucky to have achieved critical and mass recognition with his stint in films like Udaan, Agent Vinod, Student of The Year and Mere Dad Ki Maruti. Currently, the actor is flying high with some big banner films in his kitty.

Recently at the celebration of BALH completing 500 episodes, the bulky actor looked radiant with pride as he cut the cake with his co-actors on the sets.

Talking to media, Ram described how happy was the moment for the team which has worked so hard to make the show successful. “It always feels great to work with such a great team and with new actors joining us, the fun just doubles up.”

When asked whether he will leave TV for films, the much adored actor quickly replied, “I will never leave BALH come what may. I will be seen on TV till the show is on air. After that I haven’t given a thought whether I will do TV or will do it after a break but right now BALH has my loyalty sealed.”

Well, it is indeed impressive to see such devotion towards work from such a senior actor.
