Suraj says the food is cooked by Bhabho. Sandhya is happy hearing this. Suraj is confused why and how did Bhabho send him food. Sandhya explains him what her plan was. She tells him that when she went to apologize to Bhabho after the ghee incident, Bhabho was angry scolding Sandhya and mentioned all the mistakes done by Sandhya from day 1. So, she started making mistakes purposely so that Bhabho notices like the blue mark on shirt, neighbor asking why Suraj has become weak, picking unusable ladies fingers and sending spoilt food to Suraj via Chotu in front of Bhabho and she has succeeded in provoking Bhabho to cook food for Suraj. Suraj does not look very much pleased but he says she has done a good job.

Mombatti come down. Emily sees Kanha and Meena comes then requesting her to look after Kanha as she has to go to sell sarees. Mohit tells her that they are also going out. Meena is disappointed and asks where and Mohit says they are going to doctor’s office and leave. Meena then takes Kanha with her. Vikram and SurYa waiting for Meena outside.

Mombatti and Bhabho go to property broker. He offers them snacks but Bhabho refuses and speaks about the interested property. The broker says it is very valuable and they are getting it at a considerable rate as Mr. Agarwal is in a hurry and he needs cash payment. He tells them the rate is 3 lakhs. Bhabho and co feel it is huge and the broker describes the property and additional space in front of the shop, etc. Meanwhile, SurYa and ViNa come there. The assistant informs the broker that another party has come. The broker asks him to take them to the next cabin and offer snacks. Emily is thinking on how she could use the shop and the additional space. The broker informs them to be quick as there is another party to buy the same property. He tells them to think over while he meets the other party and come back again.

The broker comes to the next cabin where SurYa and ViNa are there. Vikram tells the broker about their interest in Mr. Agarwal’s shop. The broker is happy listening this. He tells them that the cost is 3 lakhs 10,000 rupees. ViNa are shocked and the broker tells them if not for Mr. Agarwal’s hurry, he would have sold it for 5 lakhs and they are getting discounted rate now. He also says there is another party sitting in the next cabin for the same property and asks them to think over. Mohit is requesting Bhabho to somehow buy the property as it is near to their house and there is no parlur anywhere around. The broker returns to them and says the other party willing to pay 3 lakhs 20,000 for the same property and are ready with cash. While Bhabho is thinking what to do, the broker goes to the other cabin and tell Surya and co that that nextdoor party is ready to pay 3 lakhs 30,000 now. Suraj ends it saying he has to speak to elders in the house and return back. The broker agrees and they leave. The broker then returns to Bhabho who also says that she needs to think over and speak to others in house. The broker agrees and warns them to come early next day as whoever comes first will be served first.

While Meena is returning, Kanha drops his play thing in front of the property dealer’s office which they did not notice and move on. After some time, kanha starts crying and they return back looking for his play thing. Bhabho and others come out of the office and the broker is still convincing them to be quick and Bhabho steps on Kanha’s play thing. She takes it and is wondering looking at it while the broker says this is of the other party who had come in and they also had a baby with them. SurYa and ViNa reach the place and find Bhabho and Mombatti. ViNa are shocked seeing Bhabho who is fuming. ViNa and Mombatti stare at each other. The property broker introduces them to each and Suraj says Mohit is his younger brother and they are of the same family. The broker is disappointed and wonders if same family, then why did you come separately and give him hopes of some more gain.

Suraj wonders whether Mohit wants to buy the shop and asks whether Vikram lied to him that he has informed Bhabho. Meena defends that Vikram told about the shop to Bhabho first. She asks why Mohit lied that he was going to doctor’s shop. Mohit answers back why is she there instead of some sethani’s house to sell sarees. He even justifies that he has informed and brought Bhabho with them too. Vikram questions Bhabho that when he proposed for the purchase of shop, they had no money and now where does she have money to buy the same shop for Mohit. Suraj scolds Vikram to not speak like this. Bhabho is still fuming.
