She confides in Kokoi about Pratap’s departure leaving an emptiness in her life.She has no adversary to plot and scheme against..

Bhatiyani tries to instigate Pratap against Jayvanta by hinting at the chief queen’s hand at the young prince’s harsh fate of exile.

Jayvanta acknowledges the same in front of her son with the fact that this was for her Sony’s welfare…

Pratap who is no less than the ideal son Shravan kumar unquestionably believes his mother’s good intentions .He doesnot need them to be spelt out by her.

As Pratap is about to leave Jayvantabai’s strength weakens she wants him to stay back when he is unwilling she decides to go in exile with him overriding Pratap’s protest.

Bhatiyani argues with Jayvanta and pressurized her not to leave the place citing she is doing the adharma by neglecting g the duties of a wife..and the fact that action would make her son a party to ushering in this sin.
