SAB TV’s Jeannie Aur Juju to hit a double century next week

Fantasy appeals to people of all ages. That is indeed why SAB TV’s Jeannie Aur Juju (Eagle Films) which is loved by both adults and children will be hitting the milestone of 200 episodes next week. The cast and crew of the show are overjoyed while shooting for the 200th episode today (7 August 2013).

Giaa Maanek who plays the cute and chirpy Jeannie said, “I feel very happy. The credit goes to the entire team. I enjoyed every moment of the 200 episodes we shot.”

Jhumma Mitra who plays Durga Chatur Ganguly on the series said, “I am glad that we are being able to make the viewers smile. When I meet our fans they say that they find the way I speak very sweet and amusing. As many Bengali words are added to my dialogues it makes it all the more realistic.”

Navina Bole as Priya Pratap Seth is in a joyous mood too. “Our hard work has borne good results. It was a very memorable moment when we cut the first cake to celebrate the completion of 100 episodes. Now we have gone on to complete yet another 100 episodes.”

We hope that the Jeannie and Juju team goes on cutting many more delicious cakes as the serial completes many milestones like these.
