Desho and others are waiting eagerly for the baraat. Sohum tells her not to worry, they’ll be here any moment. Just then, Happy runs inside informing them about the baraat arriving. All of them rush to welcome the groom’s family. Sarab asks DaarJi about Parmeet. Parmeet’s family looks tensed. Desho rushes out to see whether Parmeet is there. DaarJi apologises to everyone saying Parmeet couldnt arrive. All of them are stunned. Desho questions DaarJi about it & says that in the morning Randeep told her that Parmeet already arrived. Manpreet tries to cover up Randeep’s fault by telling that they didnt want them to be worried. Also, Parmeet must be on his way and may arrive any moment. DaarJi requests them for some more time as he is very sure that Parmeet will arrive. Mami Ji says that when they’ve waited for so long, they could wait for some more time also. Sarab says they have no other option. Desho recalls Rano’s words where she tells her not to get Bani married to an NRI.

In the room, Bani is sitting on the couch and Rajji is pacing here and there. Rajji is worried as Bani’s baraat hasnt arrived yet and at the same time is amused to see Bani sitting so calm. Happy informs them about the same. Rajji says she wont get married unless Bani marries Parmeet. Bani chides her but Rajji is adamant.

The ceremony for Rajji and Amreek is about to begin. Nirveil stops them and says Bani’s wedding ceremony will begin first as she is eldest child. Binder agrees with Nirveil. Sarab says they shouldnt waste time. Nirveil asks Amreek’s parents if they’re okay with it and they agree.

Rajji takes Bani near the window to see whats going on outside. They see all the guests waiting for Parmeet. Manpreet walks up to Desho and asks her if the marriage can take place with Parmeet’s photo. All of them look perturbed at this request of hers. Desho immediately says no. She says thats not at all possible. They’ll wait for Parmeet. After some time Desho overhears her relatives talking about how Bani’s life will be destroyed if the wedding doesnt take place. Desho prays to BabaJi asking for some way as to how she could save her child. She sees Sohum’s reflection on the frame.
