Rana Udai Singh and Rana Bahadur meet and decide war strategies but Udaii singh comes to know that Pratap has escaped and he realizes thathis son was faking his sleep and was not really drugged. He is angry and worried about his son being caught by the enemy but his General is sure that he is smarter than that…Pratap is in hiding and has a talke with his best friend Som about his aspirations of removing the enemy encroachment from his motherland. He thus cannot surrender..

Maharana Jaiwanti is praying before God when she hears Pratap …she calls for hiim and tells him that she knows he is around but Pratap who is hiding doesnot heed to her plea and doesnot show his face to her…

Pratap is again on the run and hiding in the Mahal when he sees Rana Bahadur practising his sword skills and Pratap is duly impressed with this…
