New time slot for Behenein

A very happy Majethia has a whole new take on Behenein’s new time slot. He explains, “I am very happy that viewers can now enjoy watching Behenein at a new time starting Feb 14, Mon-Fri at 6 PM. I call it early prime time. STAR Plus is the first channel to have new shows at 6.30 PM and I am glad that Behenein is part of the early prime time programming. People want new and fresh stories on TV and when shows don’t deliver, serials are pulled off air within 4-6 months. Behenein has been on for over a year and I am glad that we have had a good run. As per STAR Plus’ policy they pull serials off when they are at their peak instead of dragging them on and tackling audience fatigue. Therefore, I feel shifting Behenein to an early evening slot is the best move.”

Purva aka Alisha Khan too is glad about the time shift. “The fact that STAR decided not to discontinue our show depicts their faith in the product and I am all game for 6 PM. Now we will have more viewers watching, even those who couldn’t catch Behenein at 8.30 PM.”

Talking about future tracks Majethia reveals, “The show has four protagonists and a lot of stories, a lot of potential. In the upcoming episodes, we will focus on parallel stories of all four sister, so audiences will have loads to watch and enjoy.”
