Khoobsurat 7th May 2013 Written Episode

It’s late at night and everyone are sleeping. Prerna gets up from sleep and takes out a box and starts crying looking at it. She opens it and finds out while towel on which letter “R” is written. The box contains old stuff of rahul. Song “Kitni baatein yaad aate hai” and she continues to take things like watch from it and cries. Aaru passes by and unknowingly sees prerna in deep pain through the opened window and is worried.Prerna gets flash backs of dadi talking about the alliance for rahul and how everyone nodded for it and cries even harder. Aaru retunrs to room and walks from one corner to other thinking of how to help prerna. She decides to talk to rahul. Just then madhu returns from rahul’s room and aaru tells him about talking to rahul.

Madhav objects aaru telling that instead of talking to rahul its better to convince prerna to forget the rishta. Aaru is angry and expresses his displeasure for not supporting his sister’s love and telling her to forget it. She says that prerna truely loves rahul and they should be together. Madhu interrupts and tells that rahul and prerna;s alliance can never happen coze this can only cause bad consequences in future. He says that though prerna might love him, but its will be a compromise for rahul. He adds that if everyone insists, he will marry prerna but neither of them will be happy. He says that he can’t see either his sister to suffer rejection like he is. Aaru gives a shocked look at madhav. Madhav somehow covers up and tells that he meant was that he didn’t want prerna to suffer rejection and rahul to trapped in a forced marriage like aaru is trapped now. He thanks aaru for all the things she has done for the family despite of what happened with her. Madhav requests aaru to stay out of this matter and allow him to handle it his way.

Its morning and everyone are at the breakfast table. Suddenly rahul comes from his room and he sees prerna. Even prerna sees him and there is an awkward situation of both as they can’t face each other anymore like b4. Bharti and aaru notice this. Rahul informs everyone that he has some urgent work in office and he neds to leave early. Dadi insists to have lill breakfast but he excuses that he will have from office. He leaves. Dadi tells everyone to have breakfast quickly as they are getting late from mandir. Prerna is really sad and she tells she cannot go with them. Bharti taunts prerna that nowadays she has decided to disobey her elders and speak against them. Prerna leaves the dining table saying that she is not feeling well so not feeling like having food. Dadi asks what happened to everyone suddenly. Prerna goes to her room remembering the scoldings of bharti after she got to know of her love for rahul. Each word spoken by bharti pricks prerna like a needle and she is deeply hurt.

Everyone gets ready for mandir and aaru is disturbed seeing prerna crying by the corner of her room. Prerna suddenly closes the window and goes off. While everyone leaves, aaru excuses herself for 2 minutes and promises to catch up with them in mandir. Prerna gets continues flashbacks of how she disappointed her mother as a daughter and she feels so unwanted and failed. Suddenly she looks at the fan and thinks that suicide is the only option. She takes the small desk( i kinda forgot the name of that small thing on which the side bed lamps are kept…eeks) and gets a dupatta from the cupboard. Aaru feels strange and thinks that its better to check on prerna and talk to her. Prerna ties the dupatta and puts the other end of it around her neck when aaru reached by the door and sees the whole scene. She is shell shocked. She calls her out and tells her not to do it but prerna tells her to go away as she has failed to keep up to the expectations of her mother and she has failed in life so there is not motive for her to live.

Aaru constantly tries to stop her by knocking the door but prerna proceeds. However aaru hits the door harder and succeeds to open it on it.(tadda only in serials the completely locked doors to such luxurious rooms open with slight hits)She runs to prerna and stops her. She removes the dupatta from her neck and brings her down. Prerna continues to cry and asks aaru why she stopped her. Aaru gets angry and scolds prerna for attempting such acts and tells her that only weak people commit suicide. Prerna tells that nobody needs her and its better that she dies. Aaru tells prerna that everyone needs her and she should never do such things again. She promises prerna that she will talk to rahul. She even says that what if rahul also likes her and didnt tell coze he thought prerna will feel bad. Prerna feels better and asks if this can be possible or not. Aaru says she cannot assure but they can ask. Just then madhav comes and he is equally shocked to see the whole scenario. He hugs prerna while prerna pleads for forgiveness for doing this foolishness. Aaru scold madhu fro not letting her talk to rahul as if she had done this today prerna wouldn’t have attempted suicide. She asks what would happen if she didn’t see all this and stopped her.

Aaru says that now she will surely speak to rahul. Madhav consoles prerna while aaru secretly takes prerna’s box and leaves the room(hmm i guess she has gone to show the box to rahul) Prerna keeps telling sorry and says that she loves rahul a lot. Just then brij and bharti are shown by the door who are also shocked to see the rope hanging tot eh fan and prerna’s talks. Bharti is angry while brij asks prerna that how could she think that her death will be the solution for all problems. How could she run away from all this and leave them in lifelong regretion and pain? Prerna apologies again and goes to bharti and tells that she forgot hat her life is not only hers but also of her family who loves her a lot. She asks bharti to give her any punishment but not remain silent like this and make any decision for her life. Brij asks her to respond and not be so stone-hearted to ignore her daughter’s pleads.Bharti tells that she might not be showing but she id deeply hurt by prerna’s act as she never expected such things from her. She tells that only weak and coward people do suicides and she hates such people. She tells prerna that such emotional blackmails won’t work with her and she will never agree for her relation with rahul. She tells that she has made a decision and this had to be made long back. She leaves prerna in tears and brij and madhav supports her. Screen freezes on worried madhav.

Aaru is at rahul’s office and she asks rahul if he remembers that once he only advised her that love is very important in a relationship and true love shouldn’t be interpreted in terms of looks. Rahul doesn’t say anything. Aaru continues that prerna truly love him and it completely depends on his decision if happiness lies in prerna’s future.
