“It was just like a family get-together for all of us”

Says Neelu Vaghela aka Bhabo of Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum while sharing her experience about the upcoming Mother’s Day event on Star Plus…

As a special tribute to mothers, TV stars recently shot for “Meri Ma” a special show for Mother’s Day on Star Plus. The highlight of the show will be a fashion show where all the mothers will walk the ramp.

Rahul Mahajan, last seen on Nach Baliye Season 5 and Sriman v/s Srimati will host the show with Neelu Vaghela, popular as Bhabho in Shashi Sumeet Mittal’s “Diya Aur Baati Hum”.

In the special show, Neelu Vaghela will be seen getting showered with lots of love by her beloved off-screen and on-screen children.

TellyBuzz spoke to Neelu who said, “We didn’t felt like we all had gathered together to shoot for an event. It was just like a family get together for all of us. We all really enjoyed the moment by playing games and dancing. We all shared our views and feelings with each other just like a family.”

When asked about the presence of her real life kids during the shoot, she added, “Yes, my little kids were present in the event too and they too danced with me and participated in the games. My kids had a great time there interacting with my on-screen children.”

Karan Tacker, Ravi Dubey, Sayantani Ghosh, and Om Chettri amongst others will be seen entertaining their mothers and saluting them for their love and support on the show.

The show will be aired May 11 at 6 p.m.
